Nice spacious studio. Had all amenities as listed. Though the building looks a bit run down from outside, the apartment itself is quite clean and well maintained. The location is also walkable to Colaba Market and the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. Cafe Mondegar is only 10 minutes away. Chetana is about 20 minutes by walk. Proactive in that they created a chat group that can co ordinate between various members of the maintenance team. NIce stay with family. Highly recommended.

Chaitanya’s place is beautiful. From hospitality to facilities, everything was spot on. Being closer to some of the best/must see places in Mumbai makes this facility even more amazing. If we visit Mumbai again, we would prefer to stay here again. Big shout out to the caretaker Mahendra who was absolutely welcoming and polite and offered us all the help needed. Thanks for hosting us :)

it was so pleasant and worthy stay in a quite neighborhood. enjoyed totally .the place was well decorated with enough amenities.
