Monthly Rentals in Christie Lake

This location is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The sleeping and cooking amenities are suitable for 2 people and include everything you would need including running water. It rained 70% of the time we were there, but it was not a problem. The cooking area and relaxing/fire table area are both covered well and kept us dry and comfortable. There is a second glamping site close by with a clear view of our site, unfortunately. Not as private as I was led to believe. With that said I would definitely visit again and recommend this location to any couple looking to relax and reconnect.

Stayed in early spring. Lots of books, games, movies to entertain. Internet was fast and reliable. Wood stove kept the cottage cozy. To cold to swim etc. Parents with small children be aware the path to the lake is steep with no railing. Overall loved the stay. Planning another in the fall.

This is a lovely and tranquil spot, a favourite that we’ve returned to three times now. There are plenty of places to hike through nature nearby and there’s even great takeout food just a few minutes drive away. Our nights were filled with stars and the sounds of coyotes and owls. Our days were graced with soaring eagles, chipmunks and deer. Cherry Ann is a great host who makes sure the cabin is pristine for all the guests, and is responsive to our needs. We are already planning our return next year.

I wish I could give Fer and Nayi a 10 stars. What the listing doesn’t say is how hospitable these people are. They made us feel right at home and we had an amazing getaway on the weekend. Nayi even cooked a fish we caught and served it to us, better than any restaurant I’ve been to in years. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
