Matthew’s place was perfect for our family trip. Clean, well-stocked , and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and so many thoughtful touches. Truly felt like home while we were there. The sunrises are gorgeous!

If you’re looking to ski at Bolton Valley, really tough to beat this location unless you’re right in the resort. Worked out very conveniently for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). Cleanliness is important to us and the bathroom, kitchen, foyer, etc. we’re all in great shape and updated. King size bed was comfortable. Some of the bedroom furniture was a bit dated, but was livable given the rest of the nice amenities and overall cleanliness of the apt….and the location to the lifts… Lucas was very upfront about the fact that we would need to bring an air mattress of some sort for the kids. This worked out more than fine as we sat up the mattress in the living room. All in all, this apt would work out well for anyone wanting close proximity to the ski lifts…

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at Boyden Farms. We were a group of 11 with plenty of space! Multiple bathrooms and 2 kitchens were a big bonus! Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great view of mountain and nice walking trails. Staff is responsive and friendly. A great weekend was had by all! Thank you!!!

Our stay in Sara and Mikes home in Waitsfield was incredible! Upon arrival into the mad river valley, the surrounding views were instantly beautiful and calming. The moment we stepped in the house we honestly felt right at home. The layout of the house is so calming and tasteful. Everything is perfectly organized, down to the labeling for all of the dishes and cookware so you’ll never have trouble finding what you need! Waking up and heading by downstairs for a workout in the home gym, followed by a dip in the hot tub on the secluded back deck was an insanely relaxing way to start the day. The custom built bed frames/furniture and the overall craftsmanship of the space added a comforting artistic value to the stay. Don’t get me started on the screen porch! This house is full of amenities and I’ve honestly never felt more at home at an air b&b stay. Nice quiet respectful neighborhood in an amazing community, would recommend this spot to anyone and we hope to return in the future!

Our stay was very nice! Our top requests are clean, quiet and comfortable beds. All three were met. Pat, was very friendly and helpful with our stay. I would stay there again!

Beautiful relaxing space, just as listed. Kylie left thoughtful touches like wine for us and treats for my dogs. She left clear instructions and was very accessible and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Carin & Luke are incredible hosts! We felt so lucky to have found their place, it’s absolutely gorgeous, private, and spotless. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation for our yearly ski trip to Vermont. The location is ideal: close to everything yet secluded enough to enjoy privacy and a true sense of tranquility. The home is exactly as pictured and offers fantastic value. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or a cozy retreat, I can’t recommend it enough!

Great spot in Burlington for a group of 6. Walkable to a a few breweries and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The house appears to have been renovated recently and everything looks and functions great. You have a view of the lake from the back window and deck. It is also very nice have the parking space in the carport.

This was a beautiful, well appointed place that with Mac and Anne's friendly welcome made one feel right at home. With a lovely garden setting it felt very serene and a kind of sanctuary, with good privacy even while in the backyard of the main house. The bird's nest aspect has the ladder to the loft, but also they were accommodating for an older guest who was better off not tackling the ladder. The space is clean, very well thought out, comfortable, easy to access and really a terrific spot to feel like you are well treated and relaxed. A few poems on the sunny doorstep or a bit of guitar strums to top off the experience. Many thanks for a great stay.

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs out there. Jordan, the host, is an absolute dream. The home is so thoughtfully and masterfully decorated. It's cozy and elevated at the same time~ such a special experience. Everything we needed was provided and my husband and I have the most relaxing & rejuvenating weekend. Im so grateful for hosts and homes like these. It makes Airbnb such a delight!

Very responsive hosts. Space was as pictured and described. Super convenient for UVM/Burlington activities while being a little away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable for two adults and one teen child. Good value considering local market. Would stay here again, and can recommend to other future guests.

Scott's place is very quite and peaceful, ideal for couple looking for a romance getaway. We have everything we need in his place. Temperature dropped the weekend that we were there, so Scott was nice enough to prep the indoor fireplace for us and it was amazing! The kitchen was nice and he had left a few items for us in the fridge. Overall a really good stay, definitely recommend!

It was our second stay & it was as good as the first! Very clean, comfortable & a peaceful location. Nice upgrade... a hot tub!! Would totally stay again

Peter’s place was great. House was exactly as advertised, and right on the lake. Plenty of amenities. Short drive (15 minutes) to downtown Burlington. Peter made sure we had everything we needed, and also provided some great info about surrounding areas, i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Look forward to coming back again!! Dave

The place worked out great! Very good location, big back yard that is fully fenced in for the dog, and a good layout for spending time at the home. I would recommend this place to other people, specially if they have pets!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Montana's home!! Super easy check-in. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it had lots of amenities! It had such a comfy/cozy feel to it! There's so much to do in this area, and the house is in a great easy-to-access location. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to book a getaway to the Smuggler's Notch area!!

Such a cute place. Nina was in touch well before our stay with instructions. Binder with all of the local spots and house rules, etc. on the kitchen table. Very clean, lots of coffee and tea and toiletries. Will stay again when visiting my brother in the area.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future. Everything was exactly as advertised and it was such a relaxing trip just spending time on the deck enjoying the beautiful lake views! Just a short drive to downtown Burlington which was also a plus!

We loved this house. We were in the area for Middlebury graduation and the house and location were great, 30 mim to Burlington and Middlebury both. Plus, Ken put together a great list of local spots, and we hit many of them--the old brick store, the hen of the wood restaurant in burlington, O bread in Shelburne, etc. Charlotte is a beautiful area. The house is really well done, clean, tasteful, cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely.

We had a wonderful stay here for graduation weekend! The space was cozy and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the nature vibes. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate. Highly recommend
