Matthew’s place was perfect for our family trip. Clean, well-stocked , and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and so many thoughtful touches. Truly felt like home while we were there. The sunrises are gorgeous!

If you’re looking to ski at Bolton Valley, really tough to beat this location unless you’re right in the resort. Worked out very conveniently for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). Cleanliness is important to us and the bathroom, kitchen, foyer, etc. we’re all in great shape and updated. King size bed was comfortable. Some of the bedroom furniture was a bit dated, but was livable given the rest of the nice amenities and overall cleanliness of the apt….and the location to the lifts… Lucas was very upfront about the fact that we would need to bring an air mattress of some sort for the kids. This worked out more than fine as we sat up the mattress in the living room. All in all, this apt would work out well for anyone wanting close proximity to the ski lifts…

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at Boyden Farms. We were a group of 11 with plenty of space! Multiple bathrooms and 2 kitchens were a big bonus! Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great view of mountain and nice walking trails. Staff is responsive and friendly. A great weekend was had by all! Thank you!!!

Our stay in Sara and Mikes home in Waitsfield was incredible! Upon arrival into the mad river valley, the surrounding views were instantly beautiful and calming. The moment we stepped in the house we honestly felt right at home. The layout of the house is so calming and tasteful. Everything is perfectly organized, down to the labeling for all of the dishes and cookware so you’ll never have trouble finding what you need! Waking up and heading by downstairs for a workout in the home gym, followed by a dip in the hot tub on the secluded back deck was an insanely relaxing way to start the day. The custom built bed frames/furniture and the overall craftsmanship of the space added a comforting artistic value to the stay. Don’t get me started on the screen porch! This house is full of amenities and I’ve honestly never felt more at home at an air b&b stay. Nice quiet respectful neighborhood in an amazing community, would recommend this spot to anyone and we hope to return in the future!

Our stay was very nice! Our top requests are clean, quiet and comfortable beds. All three were met. Pat, was very friendly and helpful with our stay. I would stay there again!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay, it was clean and beautiful and staying right on the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely go back here and enjoyed every minute! Kylie was so sweet and responsive, and the rate was fantastic.

Carin & Luke are incredible hosts! We felt so lucky to have found their place, it’s absolutely gorgeous, private, and spotless. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation for our yearly ski trip to Vermont. The location is ideal: close to everything yet secluded enough to enjoy privacy and a true sense of tranquility. The home is exactly as pictured and offers fantastic value. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or a cozy retreat, I can’t recommend it enough!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Montana's home!! Super easy check-in. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it had lots of amenities! It had such a comfy/cozy feel to it! There's so much to do in this area, and the house is in a great easy-to-access location. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to book a getaway to the Smuggler's Notch area!!

Great spot in Burlington for a group of 6. Walkable to a a few breweries and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The house appears to have been renovated recently and everything looks and functions great. You have a view of the lake from the back window and deck. It is also very nice have the parking space in the carport.

Beautiful, well-appointed home. A wonderful place to relax and a great home base to explore beautiful Vermont.

Scott's place is very quite and peaceful, ideal for couple looking for a romance getaway. We have everything we need in his place. Temperature dropped the weekend that we were there, so Scott was nice enough to prep the indoor fireplace for us and it was amazing! The kitchen was nice and he had left a few items for us in the fridge. Overall a really good stay, definitely recommend!

It was our second stay & it was as good as the first! Very clean, comfortable & a peaceful location. Nice upgrade... a hot tub!! Would totally stay again

We loved this house. We were in the area for Middlebury graduation and the house and location were great, 30 mim to Burlington and Middlebury both. Plus, Ken put together a great list of local spots, and we hit many of them--the old brick store, the hen of the wood restaurant in burlington, O bread in Shelburne, etc. Charlotte is a beautiful area. The house is really well done, clean, tasteful, cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely.

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our weekend. The views are spectacular from almost anywhere in the house. Our favorite was the three season room on the back.

This was our first trip to Vermont and this place filled the bill. Very clean and well appointed. Keith was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. This is on our list for the next time we visit. We also asked about other properties he owns in the area aka lake front when the entire family joins us.

Peter’s place was great. House was exactly as advertised, and right on the lake. Plenty of amenities. Short drive (15 minutes) to downtown Burlington. Peter made sure we had everything we needed, and also provided some great info about surrounding areas, i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Look forward to coming back again!! Dave

We stayed here for UVM graduation weekend. The location is perfect being so close to the airport and campus and the EXPO center. The rooms and spacious and comfortable allowing family to eat together, play card games, and watch TV. We wished it had stayed dry so we could have used the outside fire pit.

The place worked out great! Very good location, big back yard that is fully fenced in for the dog, and a good layout for spending time at the home. I would recommend this place to other people, specially if they have pets!

Beautiful house with a ski chalet feel….it rained while we were there but everything inside was cozy and comfortable. Looking forward to returning:)

Such a cute place. Nina was in touch well before our stay with instructions. Binder with all of the local spots and house rules, etc. on the kitchen table. Very clean, lots of coffee and tea and toiletries. Will stay again when visiting my brother in the area.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future. Everything was exactly as advertised and it was such a relaxing trip just spending time on the deck enjoying the beautiful lake views! Just a short drive to downtown Burlington which was also a plus!

The place was better than expected. Very comfortable and clean. The game room was a hit at night and the trails right off the back of the house were great! They must have taken a lot of work. Fantastic location
