Come experience Bolton Valley like a local! Stay in our unique, fun mountain home.....kick back...relax. This 4-6 person chalet is high up a mountain road in a unique neighborhood of ski homes. The home is situated at a higher elevation than the start of all Bolton Valley's 5 lift lines (which means from the house you can ski down to the lifts or hike up 20 minutes to top for first tracks - although you'll have to race our neighbors ;)). Our clean duplex home is fully designed for snow-sport enthusiast while also considering the importance of après-ski comfort and fun. Our space is perfect for families or couples looking for convenience and privacy, not often found in the humdrum of a hotel room. You will have WiFi, satellite TV with HBO, linens, full kitchen, fireplace, and new washer and dryer, all to yourself. Bolton Valley is well known for amazing back-country skiing as well as being the area's family friendly ski destination. The Resort is the closest ski resort to Burlington (30 minutes) and equal distance to Montpelier and Stowe. You would only be 13 miles away from Waterbury; a hotspot for après-ski food, wine and beer. Even closer, there is always the tavern at the resort (short walk or ski). Sugarbush/Mad River Ski Chalet: 1,500 sq ft. 1 mile uphill fr corner of Rts. 100 & 17. 10 mins to ski areas. Big deck w mountain views! 2nd living rm downstairs. 2 reg. BRs, 2 bunk rooms, loft w 3 singles; 1.75 BAs, W/D, DW, 1970's decor- ski house vintage. Update ‘24: Renovations underway. Fireplace is gone - New wood stove (need to use it in winter!) New front door entering into LR is temp. Kitchen island moved. NEW whole house water filtration system. Existing pictures reflect most changes.

Beautiful mountain setting.Ski/Golf/Swim Hike/bike

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my house because of the high ceilings, the views, the ambiance, the location, and the people. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We are within10 minutes of skiing, golf and tennis. Hiking is everywhere around us. Rafting on the river is a great passtime. Many evenings under the stars listening to music at Sugarbush. Great restaurants!!!

The layout of the chalet is designed to create a sense of togetherness. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. **From mid-October to mid-May, the direct route over the mountain between the chalet and Stowe is closed, at the drive around is approx 50 minutes.

Chalet with mtn. views & game room

3 bedroom Chalet with mountain views. Convenient to Smuggs, Stowe & Jay for winter enjoyment. In summer, relax on the deck and take in the view or swim in one of the local swimming holes. Home has been upgraded and is very clean. We do suggest for our winter guest 4wd or AWD vehicles. Also in the winter, when the Notch Road is closed, Stowe is approximately 50 min. In the summer Stowe is only a 10 min drive.
