Holiday rentals with beach access in Chittenden County

We enjoyed our stay very much. Car GPS had trouble finding address, but with help from Google maps we got there. -loved the secluded location and awesome views of lake Champlain. thanks again!

Nancy’s apartment was exactly as described and had an amazing view! We loved the chocolate chip cookies and very comfortable bed. It was close to everything Burlington has to offer and we would highly recommend this place!

What an amazing place to stay! The view is phenomenal, the apartment is cozy. We woke up every morning and were just gobsmacked at the natural beauty of the surroundings. It’s a great spot and Ellen is a lovely host. The scenery on the lake is breathtaking - we can’t wait to plan a trip back.

Tamarah’s studio is very special. Super clean, comfortable & thoughtfully stocked/set-up. We were impressed! Extra bonus that I didn’t expect was the beautiful (& meticulously maintained!) property & private, peaceful view from studio. Everything was great, I highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. We did not cook but full kitchen if you want to with everything you would need. Plenty of towels and huge bathroom. The balcony was relaxing and beautiful view and beachfront. Would definitely love to come back.

Jeremy and Hailey were great hosts! The apartment was clean, cute, in a great neighborhood, and perfect for our stay. Plus, the pantry was stocked with general cooking items (coffee, excellent spices, oil, etc.). Most importantly, they were great communicators. Not only were the directions were clear and straightforward, but they replied quickly and kindly when my friends and I ran into a timing issue. 12/10 definitely recommend!

Loved the proximity to the lake and to lakeside hiking trails with great views. Peaceful and quiet street. Suite was well thought out and provisioned. Very comfortable! Ricky and Greg were friendly, responsive and helpful with recommendations as well.

Cheri's place is perfect to explore Burlington for a couple days. It's very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants, the waterfront, and to the farmer's market on Saturdays (highly recommend). It's also nicely appointed, and tucked away from the road, which is not busy, and is quite cozy, and also full of natural light, which was a nice way to wake up each morning. Cheri herself is very friendly, helpful, and communicative. We recommend having dinner at Poco nearby. It's very popular, and they don't take reservations, so arrive 10 minutes before they open to line up and ensure a table, or put your name on a list and expect to wait an hour or two for an opening. And arrive HUNGRY to ensure you can try as many of the small plates as possible.

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

Peter’s place was great. House was exactly as advertised, and right on the lake. Plenty of amenities. Short drive (15 minutes) to downtown Burlington. Peter made sure we had everything we needed, and also provided some great info about surrounding areas, i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Look forward to coming back again!! Dave

This house was perfect for our weekend stay, it was clean and beautiful and staying right on the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely go back here and enjoyed every minute! Kylie was so sweet and responsive, and the rate was fantastic.

This house is an amazing find. We had four adults and a child and found it to be a perfect launching pad for a Burlington weekend. Property is quiet and secluded, surrounded by rolling pasture land on all sides. Charlotte recommended a local farm shop 5 mins away where we got local cheeses and fresh lamb to grill on the outdoor gas grill. At night we stayed up late around the fire pit with no neighbors to notice us laughing all night. The modern conveniences are there….fast WiFi, large tvs with Rokus (the upstairs living space is amazing)….but the farmhouse vibe of the house made you not care about missing out on tv (Saturday morning cartoons excluded). We will definitely be back.

5 STARS! Very cozy property filled with wonderful amenities. Large spacious bedrooms and great outdoor space and seating area. Beautiful views of Lake Champlain from many spaces in the house. We had a such a wonderful stay, so much so we booked it again for another few days! Tamara was an excellent host. Would love to visit again :)

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our weekend. The views are spectacular from almost anywhere in the house. Our favorite was the three season room on the back.

We had a wonderful family trip to the Crowd Nest. The home was beautiful, spotlessly clean, so well stocked, and very comfortable! We loved the location. Bring right on the bay in the frosty winter was so very peaceful. And only 15 minutes to downtown Burlington. Martina was an excellent host - responsive and kind. We would love to return to see the area in the summer!

Lori was great to work with, we needed to change our dates and that was not a problem. The location and view are amazing. In a quiet area, wonderful trails to walk if so inclined . Short drive to restaurants, groceries and shopping. The house was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, great space to make meals and enjoy friends. All four of us commented to each other how well we slept each night. On our drive home we could not come up with anything that would improve this beautiful home.
