Holiday rentals with beach access in Chipiona

We had the most AMAZING time at Rocio's place. If you are coming to visit Cadiz, Rocio's place is where you need to stay. The location is unbeatable and the views from the terraces are beyond breathtaking. The place itself was spotless and had everything we could have imagined needing! Rocio was extremely helpful and provided PERFECT instructions for check in (detailed enough so there was no confusion but not too much detail where you get confused!) My partner and I have already discussed coming back and staying here again!

Antonio's apartment was just as described. A minute away from the beach to enjoy a morning walk or a 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Access to a variety of restaurants gave us many options to choose from and enjoy the Spanish cuisine.Overall a great apartment and excellent service.

Very nice apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional and well decorated. Marina is always available to answer your questions. I recommend it! And above all, don't miss the delicious ice cream at the Toni heledaria! 10 minutes' walk from the house!

Maria was very helpful. Check in was easy as we met her at the apartment. It was very clean with nice furnishings. It is in the centre so there is some noise at times but in general we had a great couple of days wandering around, eating and drinking! Its easy to get to Cadiz for the day as well.

We had three wonderful days in Cadiz at Asuncion's condo. The location is super convenient and walkable to lots of good restaurants and all that old town Cadiz has to offer. The condo is nicely furnished and the new windows make it very quiet even though it is right on the square. Parking is also very convenient at the Interparking San Antonio garage, which also on the square. We would definitely stay as Asuncion's place the next time we visit Cadiz.

in the heart of old Cadiz, nearly everything just a 10 or 15 man walk. in a lovely square, with everything you need to hand, yet the apartment was quiet and peaceful. arriving by car is a little tricky, we found the square 2nd time, and dropped bags off with wife, who waited while I parked, parking is 1km , so 15min walk back, but quite straight forward. we had a lovely few days, and the flat was a great base.

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

Very nice apartment, everything was perfect. Francisco welcomed us very well with a smile. The quality of the equipment, in particular the superior bedding with extra cushions. everything was impeccably clean. The best part of the accommodation is the beach next door and all the shops, the city center is a 10-minute walk. The garage is a real plus. we will come back and thank you again for the welcome.

Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

The place is even more beautiful in person! One of the few private homes right on Bolonia beach. We loved having direct access to the beach and a yard for our dogs. The house is decorated beautifully and incredibly well- equipped. We hope to return soon!

The house is spectacular, we plan to return on another occasion for more days, everything is very clean and equipped with all the luxury details. They have a magazine-worthy outdoor dining room, mosquito nets, air conditioning in all rooms, a pool area and spectacular outdoor areas, all newly renovated. The house is just a 10-minute drive from the beach of La Barrosa, and we had a Mercadona attached to the house. The host has been attentive to us at all times to resolve any questions and help us with everything we ask. I would definitely recommend this place.

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. Accommodation very close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the center. Very quiet area and the building is not noisy, ideal for resting and spending a few days relaxing. It has its own terrace where you can spend a pleasant time without the hassle of the street. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the beach. Cristina treated us very kindly, let us in before the time, made suggestions for shopping and so on. Always at our disposal in case we needed anything, a delight. We will definitely repeat many more times.

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

We had the most wonderful time with Nati and Jose Ignacio. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and we even ended up spending time together in their beautiful courtyard. They're warm, thoughtful, and cool people. They offered fantastic recommendations, not just for the area but for the rest of our travels across Spain. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d recommend this stay to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

Excelent location for daytrips to Jerez, Cadiz, Sanlucar. ( 20min cardrive). Apartment fully equiped, clean and with stunning separate terrace. Communication with the host was outstanding! Highly recommended.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Everything's very pretty and very pretty. It is on a first floor so you have to climb two flights of stairs to access it. Totally recommendable.
