Holiday rentals with beach access in Chipiona

We had the most AMAZING time at Rocio's place. If you are coming to visit Cadiz, Rocio's place is where you need to stay. The location is unbeatable and the views from the terraces are beyond breathtaking. The place itself was spotless and had everything we could have imagined needing! Rocio was extremely helpful and provided PERFECT instructions for check in (detailed enough so there was no confusion but not too much detail where you get confused!) My partner and I have already discussed coming back and staying here again!

Antonio's apartment was just as described. A minute away from the beach to enjoy a morning walk or a 30 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Access to a variety of restaurants gave us many options to choose from and enjoy the Spanish cuisine.Overall a great apartment and excellent service.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfonso. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver, aspirateur, literie impeccable, vaisselle nombreuses...) très propre et le parking est un réel plus. Une fois la voiture garée, vous pouvez tout faire à pied: centre ville et plage. La vue est magnifique du 8e étage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

It is rare to have such a beautiful Airbnb that is very affordable. Incredibly taste in deco and manages to brighten up every corner with a special arrangement. We really enjoyed the shared breakfast/afternoon tea area, which made us feel like a luxury hotel. The bed is very comfortable, and the sound insulation is quite good. It is very convenient, and one can wander into many historical landmarks within a few minutes' walk. The parking provided is super nice, a plus to have. It is not easy to find a parking spot without paying in this old town area. Many great restaurants nearby provide cheap but superbly tasty meals.

Maria was very helpful. Check in was easy as we met her at the apartment. It was very clean with nice furnishings. It is in the centre so there is some noise at times but in general we had a great couple of days wandering around, eating and drinking! Its easy to get to Cadiz for the day as well.

The apartment is a perfect location for exploring Sanlucar. You are right in amongst it, but at the same time retreat to a quiet, sunny sanctuary. Fernando welcomed us and was on hand whenever we needed something. Highly recommended. Will be back to visit the other manzanilla bodegas we didn’t get to on this trip!

We loved to stay at Jenny's incredible apartment. Very clean, a fantastic roof garden and just a short stroll from the center and the alcazar. Also very very well equipped and calm. We parked at the Arenal (just 16€ für 2 days if pre-booked via the App) Which is very close and a nice restaurant (Botagorda) with delicious food is nearby as well. Jenny was very caring and always available. No need to search further of you want to stay in Jerez - you'll find nothing better!

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

très bel appartement tout était parfait.francisco nous a très bien accueilli avec le sourire. La qualité des équipements notamment la literie supérieure avec des coussins en plus. tout était d une propreté irréprochable. Le plus du logement la plage à côté et tous les commerces le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus. nous reviendrons et encore merci pour l accueil.

Travel to Spain regularly to over-winter and work remotely. The house was absolutely fine and well equipped. Warm, comfortable and modern. The rest is quite personal but the location is a little strange with lots of unfinished plots and quite difficult roads into Sanlucar. Tried walking a couple of times to avoid damaging my alloy wheels, but it’s about 45-60 minutes one way. Fine in good weather but turned out to be quite changeable with lots of cloud and showers during my stay. But with that explained—it could be totally different in the summer. The host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and very responsive to any issues. Ali in all, would go again if available in the winter.

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and beautiful house. Rocio is a very friendly and communicative person.

La casa es espectacular, tenemos pendiente volver en otra ocasión más días, todo muy limpio y equipado con todo lujo de detalles. Tienen un comedor exterior de revista, mosquiteras, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, zona de piscina y exteriores espectacular, todo recién reformado, la vivienda está a unos escasos 10 minutos en coche de la playa de la barrosa, y teníamos un Mercadona pegado a la casa. El anfitrión ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento para resolvernos cualquier duda y ayudarnos con todo lo que le pedimos. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento.

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. Alojamiento muy cerca de la playa y 15 minutos caminando del centro. Zona muy tranquila y el edificio nada ruidoso, ideal para descansar y pasar unos días de relax. Tiene terraza propia donde pasar un rato agradable sin molestias de la calle. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y playa. Cristina nos ha atendido con mucha amabilidad, nos dejó acceder antes de la hora, nos hizo sugerencias de sitios para compras y demás. Siempre a nuestra disposición por si necesitábamos algo, un encanto. Seguro repetiremos muchas más veces.

Encantados con la estancia, un sitio muy tranquilo con muy buenas vistas al campo de golf. La zona de la piscina también es muy agradable y hay parking exterior dentro de la urbanización. La cocina está bien equipada para poder cocinar durante las estancia sin problema .

Pasamos unos días fantásticos. Javier es encantador y nos dio muy buenos consejos sobre la zona. El bungalow es perfecto para una escapada: cómodo, bien equipado y con una ubicación inmejorable. Ideal para hacer la ruta de la Breña y disfrutar de las playas que están justo enfrente. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

We had the most wonderful time with Nati and Jose Ignacio. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and we even ended up spending time together in their beautiful courtyard. They're warm, thoughtful, and cool people. They offered fantastic recommendations, not just for the area but for the rest of our travels across Spain. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d recommend this stay to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

El apartamento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. La zona es perfecta y lo mejor, sin duda, es la terraza: amplia, con unas vistas preciosas al castillo y totalmente equipada para disfrutarla al máximo. La comunicación con Rafa es excelente! El alojamiento fue perfecto para nosotros. Somos una familia de cinco con tres niñas pequeñas y tenía justo lo que necesitábamos en cuanto a espacio y comodidades. La ubicación es realmente buena para familias porque tiene un enorme parque justo enfrente que comunica con el resto de zonas ajardinadas y de recreo de que consta Costa Ballena por lo que se hace muy agradable su localización. Es además una propiedad situada en una urbanización tranquila y con características destacables al ser un ático con dos terrazas, una de ellas de gran tamaño. Las habitaciones son amplias y la distribución es muy adecuada. La comunicación con Marisa fue extraordinaria en todo momento, con instrucciones claras y precisas desde el principio que hicieron todo más fácil tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Es una anfitriona dedicada que proyecta seriedad y profesionalidad. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos y repetiremos lo antes posible. Gracias Marisa por todo.
