We would definitely come back. All the amenities, breathtaking views, everything in perfect condition, practically above Rota beach and close to downtown. The owner is quick and attentive communication.

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

Everything is great. The accommodation has all the details, is very clean and in a spectacular area. You park your car in its garage and forget about it

5 stars for Barbara and her husband. The Airbnb is on top of their building at a very central and quiet location in the city. The Veranda/outside area is lovely. We slept really good at their place and the AC is working properly. They appreciate your privacy but are available in case you have any questions. Thanks for the lovely stay.

First of all, I want to emphasize how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. Lots of space, great kitchen and lovely veranda to eat in with views over the golf course out to the sea.

Everything was great! The apartment was great and equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and a highlight was the large roof terrace with an awning. The apartment is very centrally located and you could reach everything very well on foot. Less than 5 minutes away are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Mercado de Abastos, where there is freshly caught fish, fresh fruit & vegetables and much more every day. The beautiful Playa de Regla beach is also just 8-10 minutes' walk away. The hostess Techi was great and very friendly. We had an early flight and were able to check in at 11 am, although check-in is actually at 3 pm. We were very happy and grateful about that. On the day of departure, we were also allowed to leave the suitcases in the apartment for 2 hours longer. Techi was always available, very friendly and gave us great tips for the area. She also kept asking if there was anything she could do for us. It was beautiful and we will definitely come back

The House is full of details and has one of the best views in the village. The hosts are attentive at all times and watch, because the one of rest and pleasure is unforgettable.

The penthouse is great, very clean, quiet and very central you have to climb stairs, but they are not uncomfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything. the perfect host, always attentive and responding very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The apartment was fabulous and Carmen was very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and lots of great food. Definitely recommended.

I can’t recommend Sofias place enough, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. From start to finish Sofia was so helpful, the place is beautiful and so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle outside. A real gem, the photos don’t do it justice.

The apartment is as indicated in the photos and in the description, quiet area, very close to the beach, terrace with sea views and the fully equipped apartment, it is one of the few apartments that has all the kitchen accessories to the full and that is appreciated, perhaps it lacks the oven, but it is not essential to spend a few days. Good agile and quick communication with the host , who was at the indicated time waiting for us , responds super quickly , which is to be appreciated.

An experience to repeat without a doubt, everything was great and not to mention how cozy Inma made everything. Totally recommended for the location, the price and the magnificent jacuzzi, congratulations Inma, we rate you a 100!!

Charming accommodation 5 min drive from Conil. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle Very pleasant garden and pool. The house comes with everything you need to spend a great few days.
