Lovely house with an incredible terrace with views and direct beach access. We have been very comfortable and is ideal to disconnect.

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic and ideal for visiting Cádiz, in the center and with a parking lot two minutes away. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is great, very clean and with everything you need. The mattress could be improved, and if there are mobility problems, an important thing to keep in mind is the narrow and steep spiral staircase that connects the two floors. Communication and reception with Miguel and Maricarmen was perfect and in general my partner and I had a great time. 100% recommended.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay as a family of 4 with two young kids. The house itself was roomy, clean and had everything we needed for the week we were there. The fenced in yard was a nice bonus. There was Air conditioning in every room, a large TV with Netflix, cups/plates for the kids along with beach toys and chairs. The beach itself is close enough to hear the waves crashing and we found it to be the nicest beach in the entire area. There are also coastal walking trails 10 mins away on foot. Plenty of beautiful towns a short drive away as well. Gabriel is an excellent host and a genuinely friendly person. He let us check in several hours early on arrival and was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable, location super central and almost on the beach. Very close to a small supermarket, perfect. Apartment was great, clean, beautiful. Kitchen had everything you need. Manuel and Ana are very helpful. Parking is chargeable, but right next to the apartment. But you have to be able to drive😁. Only, it was very noisy and the surroundings a bit loud. But we would come back right away.

Both the area and the apartment are unbeatable

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one month. The apartment is situated within a short walking distance to a lovely beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, bright and is situated on the top floor. We had access to a secure garage parking space. A lift from the garage takes you to the floor which the apartment is located. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, with plenty of pans/crockery/cutlery, which were all in good condition. The balcony is very large with plenty of space to enjoy dining/relaxing. Rota is approx. 3.5 km away which we could walk. We bought a 10 Euro bus ticket (from driver on bus). This gave us discounted travel (approx. 0.50 Euro per trip). The bus stop is directly outside the apartment (No 2 Bus) and can be taken every 30 minutes. At Rota there are plenty of shops, bars to keep you entertained. Macerena was a superb host, very friendly. She met us at the start of the stay and explained everything we needed to know. A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect villa with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. a very enjoyable walk to the beach with some local bars that served good food and beer!

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

We loved our stay from the beginning till the very end. We felt at home immediately. We loved the pool, the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and big garden. It was perfect to stay here with our 1 year old girl who can walk and play in the garden. The lovely villa is on walking distance to the beach which has a lot of nice beach clubs to enjoy drinks and snacks. Also you can walk within 10 minutes to a supermarket or have a 3 minute drive. Gary, the host, responds directly and is very thoughtful. We will definitely come back!

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We would 100% repeat in this home. The apartment is an authentic wonder, it is very careful and has all the amenities; you can see that they have loved it and paid attention to the details. The two terraces are fabulous and can be enjoyed at different times of the day. The beds are very comfortable, there are many bathrooms and there is a shower in each room is very convenient. Also Ghita's attention is extreme and very attentive to the experience being excellent, as well as all the equipment that is available to help with anything and keeps the house super clean and arranged. The area is also a wonder, quiet but with a lot of leisure around: beach, restaurants, drinking areas, etc. If you are thinking of going to Puerto Sherry, the Puerto or Jerez, it is undoubtedly a magnificent option. Don't think about it.

Had a perfect stay. We felt completely at home in this nice apartment, everything has been thought of. Beach, harbor (for ferry Cádiz) and restaurants all within very short walking distance. We were able to store the rental car in the garage.

We had a few wonderful days by the sea and thanks to the pre-season it was very pleasant. The communication and reception with Nono was first class and the amenities of the accommodation offer more than you need! It should be noted that the house is very noisy if you want to sleep in, you should bring a few earplugs with you :)

The place is even more beautiful in person! One of the few private homes right on Bolonia beach. We loved having direct access to the beach and a yard for our dogs. The house is decorated beautifully and incredibly well- equipped. We hope to return soon!

Everything was great, Joaquín was charming and helped us in everything he could. The only bad thing is that the buildings next door were under construction these days and you could hear them very early, but otherwise the apartment is very good.
