Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

The apartment is very cozy, it has enough space to keep everything tidy. It's bright and quiet. The 3 terraces are for PRIVATE USE overlooking Cadiz Cathedral and the sea. They are upstairs and can be reached by stairs or elevator. It's close to everything, the market, museums, beaches, the pier, where you can catch boats that will take you to Rota and Puerto de Santa María. Connections with city buses. The train and bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

With the beach of La Costilla just a minute walk (Caracol area). Apartment completely renovated with all the facilities: A/C and parking option right on the same street. Ideal for three adults or a couple and a child (single size sofa-bed). Travel cot also available, under request.

Elegant family apartment in Vila de Rota, 10min. walking to the beach and historic center. Our cozy new-build apartment is fully equipped and decorated in detail to offer you maximum comfort. It has 3 bedrooms, a dressing room in the room, two complete bathrooms with shower (1 en suite), living room and a pool on the communal terrace. In addition, you can count on WiFi and air conditioning. The pool works from 01.05 to 15.10.

2 Bethrooms Apartment in the City Center

Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.

Beach

The beach is right there! The "Playa" apartment boasts a beautiful terrace with immediate access to the beach. There are two bedrooms for four people. If you want to use the sofa bed in the living room, you can also stay here with up to 6 persons. The apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. The fireplace contributes to a cozy atmosphere on cold days, while you enjoy the seaview from the sofa.

Live on the beach. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, fall asleep to the sound of the sea, and enjoy different views every day in the two-bedroom beachfront apartment. Close to the marina, in the historic center of Rota and very close to the restaurant areas. It has all the necessary equipment to enjoy a beach vacation with the family and the typical cuisine of the area The street is quiet, as cars rarely go by.

The accommodation is an open space. It has two great patios. In the first there are plants: hibiscus, olive tree, rosemary.... and the other is located between the living room, bedroom and kitchen. It's a magical place, free of noise. To access the kitchen and bathroom you have to go through one of the two patios. There are blackout curtains but there are two windows without blinds.
