Townhome holiday rentals in Chincoteague

We had a great time for a girl's weekend and will return. The house was spacious and close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on the third floor to relax. It's a comfortable home, tucked away in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood but close to everything you need. Very enjoyable!

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

At least 5 stars in every respect. Had everything a person could want; hosts really thought of everything! They cheerfully accommodated all inquiries, very promptly. Everything about it shows they care. Loved the view from the top floor balcony especially. Beach was pretty and barely saw anyone else there, our favorite kind of beach. Can see the sunrise and sunset colors!

Everything was great! The home had everything we needed and was very clean. My girls had a great time. This was my first time renting Airbnb and would definitely do it again. We visited 3 beaches while there, Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City MD. There were also great restaurants nearby.

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach! Mike’s place had ample room for our family four. It was super quiet and conveniently located. The parking pass and nearby trolley stops made beach access a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

This home was perfect for us. The layout was unique . Cannot say enough good things about it. From Finn aiding us to how area was kept pristine. Would love to come here again .

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

This place is excellent! Norberto is a great host. Answered every question in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Is pretty much close to many restaurants and entertainment. Area is very quiet and peaceful.

We rented this space really just to lay our heads, so we didn't get to actually spend a lot of time using/enjoying everything. However, I have to say this was the absolute most organized Airbnb I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at quite a few). It was super clean and had everything you would need - even had to go coffee cups which was awesome since we had to be out and about pretty early. I would for sure recommend this space for anyone needing a place in DE. Thanks for hosting us!

The interior of the house was beautiful and had every kitchen utensil you could ever want. The restaurant is only a 200 foot walk. And so easy and peaceful to walk to the Hyatt - we had paid for the use of their facilities. Great experience and I would go back.

Nice clean house with great view, the location is nice and very close to places for food

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful high ceiling and openness upstairs. The canal front location was peaceful yet still conveniently close to the Yacht Club for a delicious bite to eat and great scenery with music and entertainment.

This place was perfect for a short bachelorette girl's weekend. It was located in a beautiful spot on the bay. The multiple balconies made it easy to relax and enjoy the views. It was a short walk to a coffee shop that we went to every morning. Easy check in, spotless, and very homey. The decorations and plants made it feel very cozy. I would recommend this place. Short walk to the beach too. Awesome place!

Great place - perfect for a family of four. Beautiful all seasons bonus room. Spacious master bath. Quiet neighborhood with walkability to friendly breakfast diner and other restaurants. Recommend.

The house was beautiful and in a great location! It was wonderful with young families to be able to walk to the pool and the neighborhood was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants, and overall a very comfortable home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kate’s place! Perfect location within walking distance of the beach, but just far away to be a peaceful neighborhood that even has a nice playground for kids. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made us feel right at home!

Great weekend away. Enjoyed our stay at Steves places. Was able to walk to resturants for a quick bite. Would highly recommend.

This was place is a great value for the money!! The house was super easy to check in and out of with easy to understand instructions from Jeanna…and the house was awesome! Jeanna is a fantastic Host! Will be back next year for sure.

Kristy was very nice and was quick and responsive to my messages leading up to our stay. The airbnb was so close to the water with basically direct access to the beach. The area was safe and walkable. It exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price for such a nice area in this busy time of summer. 100% would stay again.
