Vitthal Sir was a wonderful host at their homestay, making the experience feel truly homely rather than just another stay. The place is surrounded by natural beauty, with plenty of trees and birds all around.

We had a beautiful stay at this well-designed home with excellent views all around — especially the serene view of the dam. The presence of farm my toddler absolutely loved. Siya was incredibly approachable and helpful, always just a call away. They even went out of their way to arrange bananas for my toddler from the market on a rainy day. We had both veg and non-veg meals for dinner, and they were absolutely delicious. Although breakfast was complimentary, we had to miss it as we left early. we will definitely visit again during the winters

The place is serene and located in an absolutely silent zone. The entire villa is beautifully designed and worth staying there. The central well and terrace are the highlights. The sunset at crop fields around look very nice. The kitchen and dining are specious and well arranged. Though there is no wifi, there is good jio mobile network. Actually its good to refrain from internet or social media at such a serene place, unless its really necessary. There was an unexpected electricity problem which even affected the functioning of existing inverter. But hosts were very helpful and cooperative. They quickly made an alternate stay arrangements for us to avoid the inconvenience. The caretaker women is also very polite and helpful. She can cook and provide fresh delicious food on request. Overall pleasant experience of this wonderful place named "kalpak house" The place is highly recommended for family or friends get-together. Would definitely love to visit again.

We were a group of 13 and had booked the villa for 2 nights. The villa is amazing. Very neat, clean and tidy. The views are just spectacular and no words can describe the true beauty of it. The host - Jayant is very amicable and a great host. He was very helpful in guiding us and helping us with all our special needs. He made sure that nothing falls short during our stay. The care takers - Pawan and his parents were always there to get us anything and everything. They prepare home cooked meals and most of the items we had were scrumptious. A highly recommended property.
