Julie’s flat in Brighton is a great Airbnb find. We were 4 adults and 2 small kids staying for a wedding and there was plenty of space for us. There is one really large bedroom which 4 of us comfortably fit in and then another double. The kitchen/dining/living is plenty big enough and leads onto a garden ( we had the one weekend of rain this year so didn’t use it). The kitchen is really well stocked and Julie left us fresh flowers and goodies which were so lovely! Julie is super responsive and helpful. The street is quiet, easy to park on yet a short walk from lots of cafes, pubs and shops. We also caught the bus into Brighton from the end of the street and the train station is close by too. I’d highly recommend Julie’s place as a great spot to explore Brighton from, with a lovely neighbourhood feel.

10 of us (7 adults and 3 children) stayed at Maria’s beautiful house for a wonderful family get-together over a bank holiday weekend. The house is spacious, homely and has lots of character. The outdoor space was great, the children especially loved the outdoor games provided in the garden box. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked indoors all three nights and had everything we needed. Thank you, Maria!

Such a wonderful house in a beautiful village for our 2 day family get together. Stunning garden, good sized bedrooms, large living room. The house was even nicer than portrayed in the photos.

We had a lovely stay at Jubilee house. Kate had an incredible amount of helpful information for her guests in the house. The house itself is beautiful and so spacious. Walking to the train station for a trip to Arundel to view their gorgeous castle and gardens was a joy as well . You don’t have to get in the car to do things around you at all. We didn’t get to experience the shops but they are very easy to walk to. She had fans for the rooms if needed and a lovely back deck and gardens to sit out.

Louisa was very responsive and helped with any issues I had. The caravan was very spacious, and was in a great location from the beach and clubhouse, but also really liked the private space allowing kids to have a bit of freedom outside. would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciate all Louisa's help.

Fab house in a great location. Homely interior and a short walk from the station and the sea! Karen was really helpful and kept us informed when she’d had a message from the utility company. She also gave some great recommendations for places to eat locally. Would happily stay again!

Thank you for a lovely stay, everything was there that we needed. My daughter was made up with the little gifts and the board games. Would recommend.

This was a last minute find to us as we had to change last minute for half term . We were so glad we stumbled across this place . Having the private walk down to the private beach was a plus and only took about 3/4 minutes . We spend some early mornings and evenings here . Perfect location for the coastal walk aswel . We also travelled across to the needles and other places and was perfect location . We hope to be back here . We have stayed on many caravan holidays with our children and this caravan was perfect for us :)

Great stay at the Whitecliff Bay, Cosy cabin exactly matches as described by host. Resort was busy, maybe due to the bank holiday weekend. Nearby rocky beach in 10 mins walk, and on-site shop and bar were quite resourceful. Jam was a fantastic host, got us a light fixed within a few hours on a Sunday! Definitely recommend the stay at Jam's place. Cheers 🥂

Lots of private space for everyone with big bedrooms. Perfect for our family get together and the cemetery nearby was in full spring bloom which made for lovely walks. There are lots of stairs which my nephew, having run the marathon, didn’t really appreciate after the second day! The living space is smaller and my teenage son was sleeping on the sofa bed so there wasn’t much space to sit and chat - only 7 chairs at the table (as shown in pictures) but there were 8 of us. Which meant a bit of shuffling round with stools/bench from outside etc when eating. As it was a sunny weekend and we were watching the marathon we were out most of the time so the dining situation didn’t matter much to us but might to others. Hosts were friendly and helpful when we raised a lack of forks! Lots of other cutlery and crockery etc for cooking/eating in as well as dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a great place to stay - would be perfect for watching the races as nearby.

We had a fantastic stay. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The air fryer was very useful. Nicola is a 5 star host. She was quick to answer questions prior to our stay and very kindly booked our ferry crossing for us at a big discount, which was much appreciated. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at David & Angie’s place. The little touches they left were very thoughtful and made it all that bit more welcoming. The place was very clean upon arrival, with everything we needed and more. The location is great and perfect for our little family, my children had so much fun (5 & 4 years old). David was very helpful, informative and always responded quickly. Accessing the property was very easy and straight forward to. I would highly recommend their place to stay if you’re visiting the IOW and we shall definitely be back in the future. Thanks again

I spent a week at the Coach House on two separate occasions in April, while visiting family in the area. I had a wonderful stay on both occasions. The place is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with high-quality amenities. Nicki was great to deal with, providing thoughtful touches and a welcome pack of bread, milk, muesli and other goodies. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I'm very much looking forward to the next time I come to Odiham, so I can stay here again.

Rachel's house is lovely and we had a great stay. Just 15 mins walk from the beach which is nice and quiet. There are a few little bits that need fixing in the house such as the light switch in the downstairs toilet and the double bed on the top floor is very uncomfortable. The kitchen is also missing a few key items such as a csn opener. The garden is lovely but is shared with next door, the road next to the garden is also very busy so it is not very peaceful. We still very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Kirsty’s place. It’s perfect for a family gathering right by the sea and walking distance to the restaurants in Seaview during the day along the beach. The short walk down to the sea made it perfect for early morning dog walks and for the kids to play. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Diane was a fantastic host. She was very communicative and kindly let us leave our belongings at the bungalow while we explored the island on our last day after we had checked out. The bungalow was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The location was great with a bus stop a couple of minutes away. At night it was lovely and quiet and the bed was very comfortable! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much!

Wow ! This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location . Space , views , everything you could wish for by the sea . Cool interior and fabulous design

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

This was our best air b&b we loved the little area and Andy was super cool responsive and the place itself was exacting to my standards We had tons of room for three. Too much?! three bathrooms with really nice fixtures

This is our second stay with Julie and Jim and we have enjoyed the stay - just like the first stay, the house fulfilled all our needs and was perfectly located for our plans. Communication was quick, friendly and supportive! A clear recommendation and big thank you to Julie and Jim - we hope to be back next year!
