The flat was spacious and comfortable, with all the dishes and linens we needed. Check-in instructions were very clear (with helpful photo illustrations). The location is only a few minutes from everything in central Southampton.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy access to nearby coastal path with a good pub opposite. The places is as described and clean - will definitely start again .

Great locations if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place with fantastic views. Loads of walk options, maps and guides for those are provided. Many options of great pubs either longer walks or short drive away.

The place is as beautiful as imaged and has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Catherine was responsive and amazing!!! Would definitely recommend

My family and I had a lovely time, Emily was so kind and professional, she accommodated all of our needs and made sure we felt right at home. There was nothing wo could have asked for, even ice in the freezer for a nice chilled drink! Thank you so much for having us, I highly recommend Emily as a host and her beautiful place. My sister and I enjoyed a very comfortable 2 night stay. Spotlessly clean, modern and very well equipped. Lovely views over the garden and field beyond. Amanda's responses were clear and prompt. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Had a great couple of days in this wonderful flat. Perfect for a nice walk into the City and for the reason we visited Goodwood races. Marek has a wonderful flat and wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Worth every penny. The only negative we had to leave to come home when would have loved to stay longer. Thanks again. Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This air bnb is an amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with two small children and it was very easy with enough space for the adults to relax in the evening. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views. On top of this it was spotless I could not fault anything. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and always happy to help.

Gary is the perfect host. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. After just a couple of minutes of meeting Gary you feel like you are chatting to an old friend. He welcomes you for check in and explains how everything works then leaves you to enjoy the privacy that Myrtle retreat offers. However he is always on hand to help and offer advice should you require it. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. Located in a beautiful old village with numerous pubs, restaurants and tea houses Myrtle Retreat is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Wight. As if all this isn’t enough for the ideal holiday the private swimming pool is the icing on the cake a stunning place to relax after a day discovering everything the island has to offer. I 100% would recommend Gary and Myrtle Retreat to anybody looking to visit IOW. And will definitely look to book again next time I am on the island.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
