Decking area near the gate for guests' use overlooking beach Opposite the caravan, attached to our bungalow is a private shower room with toilet and basin. Please bring your own towels. Quirky converted ambulance.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay....or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Breakfast, tea, coffee, sugar and first pint of milk supplied.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Come and stay with us in our bespoke caravan, in its tranquil and secluded location it’s a perfect place to unwind. Situated in the lovely Sussex countryside with direct access to the river Adur makes it perfect for and paddle boarders, fishermen or canoeists, equally it’s a very safe space so suitable for families. Feel free to picnic or just sit by the river anytime during your stay.

The Oaks - peaceful, scenic camping for tents

Bring your own tent to our tiny quiet campsite with no electric hook up and space for a few pitches (depending on size) with views over the field where our sheep, poultry and llama live. There are two separate areas, both large enough for up to 8 people and two medium size tents. Although there is no direct access to your pitch for vehicles, parking is only a few yards away.
