We had a relaxing couple of nights at Jehu Tait's lovely apartment in Woolston. The location was very quiet and relaxing, with amenities within walking distance, and the apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Jehu was friendly, responsive and prompt with communication and answering questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Lara's cottage which feels like a home from home. Lovely views in a beautiful village setting. Lara very kindly supplied a welcome basket with all the necessities and a few extra treats which was very much appreciated. Lara goes to great lengths to be a welcoming host and ensure her guests are well provided for. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantasy House is tucked away yet right in the heart of Steyning so it felt private and convenient. Although people are often walking past the property, it is set back far enough from the pathway to still feel private. The High Street and bus stop are within a minute’s walk away. You can drive up the pathway to unload and load your car. I had to use paid parking during my stay. There is a car park across the road with a two hour parking limit and another by Steyning Health Centre with a four hour limit. Nick surpassed my expectations by how quickly he responded to my messages. Fantasy House is warm, welcoming and cosy. Note that there is no freezer box in the fridge so don’t turn up with a big tub of ice cream, which is what my daughter did! Also, close the bathroom door when showering and close it quickly when leaving the bathroom to avoid setting off the alarm. Another lesson courtesy of my daughter! Hoping to return this year, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated caravan. It was homely, cosy, clean and full of thoughtful personal touches from the owner. Everything felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the swimming pool. On rainy days and quiet evenings, we really appreciated the selection of DVDs, books and board games. Not far from the caravan, we also had a great time fossil hunting at Bracklesham Bay and enjoyed tea and scones at the Bracklesham Tea Room and Garden. Thank you so much for everything, we’d love to return!

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

We spent three nights at this tasteful, cosy and well-appointed apartment close to the centre of Winchester. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay: comfortable beds, walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen and came with a private parking space (which we needed, although it is only a short walk to the train station for guests arriving by train). Julia was such a great host: very proactive, friendly and super-responsive. She gave us lots of helpful information about the apartment and the sights and delights of Winchester. We would happily stay again!

I booked this for a colleague who was moving to the UK and needed somewhere temporary to stay. The flat is super well located in Woking and communication between us and the Oakdale team was clear and frequent. Thanks for helping make his first week here stress free.

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views of the harbour . The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything you wanted . Nice touch of slippers supplied with soft drinks, teas coffees and condiments supplied . Shops near by if you want to eat in or takeaway of every description within walking distance , a lovely bar and tapas just outside the block. Over the bridge to more shops and bars . We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again Thankyou

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Very private lovely, quirky flat on a house with lots of outdoors to relax in and explore. Casey was so friendly and helpful. Without a doubt would highly recommend to anybody wanting to spend a nice, peaceful, relaxing time in the New Forest. Pleasure to meet you Casey

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Rohit is very friendly and easy to communicate with. No noise from other residents in the block. Very convenient base for us visiting family and friends in London and Surrey.

It’s a lovely place to stay but it is a live in family home so there are personal belongings in the house. For the price it felt a bit less private. Also there is an extra charge of 140 to use the hot tub which was pretty steep considering the hot tub

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

This is a very personal home that makes you feel that you are in a place that's full of love and family values - the opposite of those places that are pure lettings owned by companies. It's exactly as advertised and very comfortable. From the lovely scented aroma that you smell as you enter to the abundance of throws, cushions and pilows around the place, this house makes you feel warm and welcome. Maria was really helpful - leaving fresh milk and such for our arrival - and she sent some lovely messages and recommendations during our stay - she's a fantastic host and is rightly proud to share her lovely home with her guests. Fantastic stay for a group golf trip. Loved the location and amenities.

My husband & I and our husky spent 3 night’s at Eden Cottage and really enjoyed our stay! Kevin & Debbie were super helpful before and during our stay, with clear info on getting there, facilities available, and local recommendations, and were really lovely people to chat with. Their 3 Labradors were adorable! The cottage was very comfortable and clean, with all we needed for a relaxing stay, a comfy bed, great shower and well equipped kitchen, with some welcome treats! It’s set in a lovely large garden, which we and our dog enjoyed spending time in. The pool was a fab bonus; clean, warm and with towels provided. Kevin’s book ‘Reckless’ is well worth a read! The cottage is a 3-min walk to the Spread Eagle pub, which does a fantastic Sunday roast, and 10 mins walk into Liss is Turtle Bean cafe, serving tasty lunches; both places are dog friendly, and there’s a lovely IPC church 5 mins walk away. All in all, a great weekend and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Kevin & Debbie!
