Monthly Rentals in Chiang Mai

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Where do I start! This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The villa is stunning, I’m an interior designer and I was In awe. The host was extremely accommodating offering amazing recommendations and leaving milk, eggs and bread for us, which we enjoyed in the mornings on the balcony. The pool area was so fun and luxurious . The Villa interior was clean, spacious, comfortable, beautiful and was stacked with all the necessities we needed. Loved the area as we felt like locals and there were many dining options and massage in the area. Mall and many activities to do near by. I only wish we got to stay longer. The Villa was a huge highlight of our trip! I highly recommend!

This was a peaceful retreat for me between two volunteer projects. The space is quiet and clean and was the perfect place for me to work on next book. I loved the pool!

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%
