Taking the kids to Chiang Mai for two weeks while on the winter break, this time we chose the one condo.This apartment in Rita was sparkling clean with a sofa bed in the living room and sometimes it was very convenient for me to cook porridge noodles in the morning.There is also a Chinese customer service that can be ordered to the room, as well as a pick-up and drop-off service and a Thai massage.The slider pool is accessible from the balcony, and across from the LEGO room and gym.The neighborhood also has a shuttle to various supermarkets and attractions every day.Because I'm going home to New Year, I really want to stay for a few more days.

The landlord is a very good Thai brother, can speak Chinese and English, communication is very smooth, great

The place was as pictured, just renovated and it looks white and bright.About 3 kilometers from the ancient city, it is convenient to take a taxi, there is a Michelin restaurant and a convenient 7-11 nearby. The room is unexpectedly spacious with a very soft large bed with full kitchen facilities, the host warmly prepared small snacks and drinks for us, we had a pleasant three nights.

The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Our water heater broke on the first week and they came within a few hours to fix it. There were some issues with the stove and they bought a new one for us, also within hours. Place is very well located. Local mall is just across the street with everything you need. Neighborhood feels very safe and there are security guards around at all times. Lots of nice touches – they gave us 2 boxes of water when we checked in + some snacks. On one of our birthdays, they dropped some local snacks off at the door for us to try. It was a pleasant surprise. Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

The host Sirivut was very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful.the co-host was very very kind and friendly, a great cook as well, her food was very delicious. The house is very nice with beautiful garden, very clean and well maintained.Amenities satisfy all the needs We had a lovely time and peaceful stay. I definitely recommend Sirivut’s place. Great location to stay in, cheap local restaurants and street food. Two noisy bars sandwich this place, but after one night it became background noise. Nice private location. Host responds in a timely fashion. Thanks!

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.

This was my second stay at here, and the Modern Scandinavian Pool Villa was awesome! The private pool and BBQ area were perfect for chilling and having a good meal outside. The villa has everything you need and looks great inside—it really felt like home. The location is also spot on, not far from shopping malls and restaurants, but still super peaceful. The hosts were amazing too—always super helpful and quick to reply whenever I had a question. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Chiang Mai

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The situation was quiet and yet well connected.
