Monthly Rentals in Chester

We had a good experience staying at this cabin near Lake Almanor. It was peaceful, well-kept, and conveniently located for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. A great spot for a quiet, nature-filled weekend.

We enjoy all of the small touches in this cozy cottage that made our stay so convenient and comfortable. Kitchen items such as various glasses and dishes were numerous and well thought out. The outdoor BBQ was new and charcoal was provided and there was plenty of firewood available for the wood stove. We enjoyed the two big screen TVs, Wifi, and AC units in each room. It was a great stay for us and looking forward to staying there again next year.

The place was great, even bigger than it looks in the listing. The upstairs had the kitchen and primary bedroom plus bathroom and sitting area. The downstairs had the game room, 2 more bedrooms, and another sitting area. The game room was really large, it was a finished 2 car garage, so had a full-sized pool table and a full-sized ping pong table as well as TV and some other games--not the mini versions that you get sometimes. Everything was really clean and plenty of bedding for the 5 beds we used. The location was very central, about 15 minutes to golf and boating at the lake, and under an hour to Lassen Volcanic National Park. I thought it was a great place to stay to visit both the lake and the park.

This place was even better than we expected. The interior was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. It was the perfect space for us to come back to after a day traveling. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. The furniture was all comfortable and in excellent condition. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Robert was responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay here!
