Monthly Rentals in Chengamanad

We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights continuously. Everything is well operated by the host. Do not have to worry about water level, LPG and power failure. House has a solar power unit. AC units and all electronics equipments are working perfectly. The kitchen has complete facility to cook by ourselves (we cooked all our meals during our stay here). It is completely equipped with utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. They have a segregated kitchen waste management system for plastics and biodegradable waste. This location is easily findable for delivery boys and service providers. People around the house are supportive. Surroundings are very safe for a family to stay without any concerns. At the same time, house offers complete privacy too. Church, temple, mosque, grocery shop, meat/ vegetable market are within 3 kms from the house. The best part is that the host is very swift in replies and attending calls.

Overall it's a great place to stay if you are coming with your friends or family. The house has enough space for around 10 people. Thanks to Joby for letting us early check in and all the facilities were fabulous.

It’s simply a home away from home. Right from booking to check out, we it very homely. Dee was very helpful with booking and she is a very kind- hearted, friendly person. Dee’s father Venugopal uncle was waiting for us at the home before our arrival and we had a long conversations, sharing his experiences and life. He is gem of a person and explained about the facilities available in the home. The interiors are really beautiful and Dee has tried maximum to incorporate sustainability elements. Even the bath towel and face pack has been sourced locally to support local communities. Altogether , it was a great experience and will visit this home again.

This place exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was. The rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet everything was conveniently close—shops, cafes, and local attractions were just a short walk or drive away. We especially loved spending time in the outdoor area, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and care for guests truly made a difference. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained place with great hospitality!
