Lovely cottage with a wonderful host. Place is clean and well maintained. Fireplace was great! Loved the hammock and the back yard too. Would love to come back again

Perfect quiet getaway - tucked inland along rail trail. Nice deck for morning yoga or night time tea by the fireplace. Grill was newer and worked well. Pull out wasn’t uncomfortable! Location was what we wanted but there is need to drive to other areas/the beach.

We stayed at Vince's for a wedding and it was super clean, perfect for three, and conveniently located. The house is adorable and the inside feels much larger than it appears from the outside. Enjoyed the back yard table; wasn't warm enough to use the outdoor shower ;-). Directions were very straight forward and clear and Vince provided all the info we needed before we needed it. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect for everything we had planned for our stay in the Cape. Walking distance to some bars/restaurants and also to Chatham commons which was about 3 miles away. Ubers available but wanted to walk and window shop all the art galleries, cheese shops, and antiques along the way. (A charming Christmas store called Christmas Joy at the end of the street, a must) Harwich was another great place to be either day or night. Five min drive from the bnb to bars/restaurants and to the Freedom Ferry where you can get to Nantucket. Need to write another review for the Freedom Ferry because we had the BEST day with them. Could have stayed longer than 3 nights honestly. Would 110% stay here again. Was traveling with dogs and this yard was top notch for outdoor hangs. Hope to be back soon.

Very responsive host. Clean house with separate TV room and dining room. Equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with short drives to many amenities. Walking distance to pond. Perfect for a girls weekend away. We added a day mid-trip because we were having such a good time!

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

Lindsay was a very responsive host. The house was exactly as listed and VERY clean. You could tell even the floors are washed after each use. Great location easy to get around to lots of different beaches and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your place.

We loved Blair cottage for our little getaway. Jack & Sheryl make it very clear they were available if we needed them. The cottage was clean and cozy, everything worked great. The outdoor shower was a wonderful bonus for us with the beach sand! Cockle Cove was a short 15 minute walk and made for great exercise (because ice cream at Short n Sweet is only a 6 minute walk 😊). Breakfast in the enclosed front porch was a treat for us every morning. Thank you Jack & Sheryl for everything!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I was in town for my dad's funeral. Carolyn was very nice to allow us to arrive earlier. She is very responsive. I appreciate her hospitality.

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

I am hesitant to say how GREAT this place is because I want to keep it a secret to ensure that I can book it for future stays! It's so homey and comfortable, beautifully beachy, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and tremendous LIGHT! And in the best location. You can walk to Provincetown if you like a good walk and the bay and low tide exploration is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Beaches, hiking trails, grocery store are all within a 5-minute drive. I did not want to leave! And Allison made you feel like you were staying with a friend--hospitable from first contact. Just such a great experience overall!

Andrea and Tracy’s place was amazing for us and our fur babies for a trip to the cape. The back yard was gorgeous, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and the location was a pretty convenient to most places for us. I would absolutely recommend and will happily stay again next time!

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

My family booked this house to celebrate my uncle’s 80th birthday. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away prior to the event so we turned it into a celebration of life. We appreciated the location very much. It was a very quick walk to a beautiful beach near the JFK memorial. Restaurants were within walking distance. The weather was good even though it was the beginning of May so we were able to make use of a wonderful outside space. Lloyd was very responsive throughout our short stay. If you are looking for a place for the family to relax and reconnect, this is the place for you.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The villa is amazing!! It’s super spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Natalia is a great host. We had our microwedding at her villa and she organized a perfect day for us, would 100% recommend!
