Wonderful place to stay. Great views and excellent interior.

By far the BEST property we have ever stayed at (across the country) and most importantly, the BEST customer service experience from the Maimon Group. We had a group of 14 (3 kids, adults in their 20’s and 40’s) and this property and location was loved by all. The house was squeaky clean, the pool was the right size, the basketball area and pool table were fun, and there was enough space for everyone to find a quiet place for themselves. We have been airbnbing for 10 years and this experience was our first flawless experience, much of that came from the attentiveness and professionalism of the Maimon Group. The master bedroom is beautiful and inspiring when you wake up in the morning. There are numerous food options in the area that are close by: In-N-Out is 4 minutes away, taco trucks abound, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc… Absolutely perfect. For our annual trip to LA next year we will be hoping for another property that they manage.

Fantastic location and plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the suggestion of grocery order and delivery on the day we arrived.

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

This house was perfect for us! The decor was amazing with mid-century modern flair. There were so many usable amenities from the pool, hot tub to the theatre and the home gym just to name a few. And the view was spectacular. The house was very private and we really enjoyed every aspect of it. Any questions we had were quickly replied to. I would love to stay here again!

My family had a great time at Newport beach for some relaxing days after busy Disney days - we loved every minute of it - great place to stay, would definitely recommend and stay again - the additional Bellhopt service is also phenomenal!!! Thanks for hosting us.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We had a few kids/toddlers and a baby. They did reach out prior to advise us of the stairs and railings which may not be as kid friendly and I appreciated that. I made sure the kids were extra careful with adult supervision and made it work. There were plenty of things to do in the area and nice restaurants nearby. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We had enough amenities to cook a few meals as well. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again.
