This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Derek was a great host and very responsive and informative with his instructions. It was the perfect townhouse, location, experience, and environment for a getaway!

STELLAR IN EVERY RESPECT & EXACTLY as portrayed; PRISTINE-stylish & aesthetically pleasing decor, yet highly comfortable; IMMACULATE inside & out-not even beach sand; HIGH END newer/secure 1500 sq ft structure that presents as a model; WELL APPOINTED plus everything works, with an abundance of sundries, spices, even coffee; STUNNING BEACH/PIER VIEWS (panoramic) from large, furnished, & PRIVATE ROOFTOP PATIO complete with BBQ/Fridge/Sink; GARAGE & CARPORT for 2 vehicles; STEPS TO BEACH, PIER, BAY, & a plethora of restaurants/shops, etc., so no vehicle required; Last but not least, ANTHONY’s A GREAT HOST-readily available & very amicable. WE LOVED every aspect of THE BEST VACATION RENTAL we’ve had so far-CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean space! Exactly like pictures. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to tourist attractions like Griffith observatory, hollywood, and universal studios!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

Very nice, well maintained, beautiful views to the ocean and walkable to shops and restaurants. My family and I had an amazing time, thank you for letting us stay and create memorable memories.

Paul’s place was perfect for what we needed! Sadly shortly after check in we had a family emergency and had to leave and we were soooo sad to go because the place was perfect! Hopefully we can try again and we can really enjoy all it has to offer! Paul was so understanding and accommodating! Thank you!!

Very beautiful and clean tri-level townhouse. Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to Disneyland. What most impressed me was the quick responses to questions. We had an issue getting in the garage (our fault-user error) and the response was immediate. They even opened the garage door for us remotely. We would definitely stay here again with no hesitations.

Jessica’s home was lovely . It was very clean and had a huge kitchen / living room area . We would definitely be staying hear for our next trip . The master bedroom was very spacious and bed was very comfy

Wally's place was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook with. Well stocked. The bathroom had been recently remodeled and was very functional. The bedroom was large and had enough storage with a nice size closet for clothing. Loved the living room as it was also very spacious. There was a nice front patio with tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The location was close to the beach and was located on a quiet street. Wally was very responsive to all our needs. He even let us come earlier than the check in time. Would recommend his place for future stays.

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

I have only wonderful things to say about this place. I am a former resident of Orange County and always dreamed of living in CDM bungalows - and this week I did. Great street, charming neighborhood, great property. Covered parking is part of the unit so that was never a concern. Unit has large and beautifully appointed patio in front, on the street, with a nice hedge privacy buffer. Safe for our little ones. Comfortable and plenty of seating. Inside was tastefully put together, without clutter - streamlined for us being there a week. Plenty of towels and linens, and closet space. Plenty of bathroom storage and drawers. Kitchen well supplied, and with plenty of unbreakable dishes and glasses for outdoor use and safe for children. - also plenty of nicer dishes for adult entertaining. Frig and appliances new and modern. Everything clean. Shower roomy, clean, modern, with good water pressure. Hosts responded within just a few minutes for anything. Thanks Roger!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was awesome and the host was friendly and responsive!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

will was SUPER responsive even when i contacted him at 2am PST and it was 5am EST for him at the time. there were very clear instructions on how to check in and out. everything was super clean. will even let us drop off my friends’ and i’s luggage in the garage before our check in time. i would totally stay here again if im in the area.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

very clean, suitable for family with kids, great time there

We needed a centrally located place for our 8 day family trip with 2 kids. This fit the bill! It was within 20 minutes of most of the things we wanted to visit, including Disney. Having the private garage to park was so nice, and Jenn was very helpful when we couldn’t find something. The king bed mattress and pillows were very comfy - we are kind of picky, but sleep was great in that regard. We made use of the beach chairs on two different days, and our kids loved that the pool had a 7.5 ft deep end.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

The location speaks for itself, a hidden gem in the hills. Highly recommended
