Even though we only stayed a short time, it was more than what we could have imagined. Clean, quaint and beachy. It actually had my husband and I pondering selling our property in Alabama and making the move to California.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

So nice to have a place to stay and be together as a family! We spent as much time on the beautiful beach as possible, cooked up amazing meals, played games around the table, and had a movie night. Great experience and hope to come back!

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

The place was exactly as described. The garage was really tight, but we were prepared after reading the description and other reviews. Great location to get back and forth from the convention centre. Would stay again. Hilary was always available and very responsive.

Yonah’s bungalow was just right for our visit to LA. Good location and plenty of room for 4 adults. Very clean & modern with a nice outdoor space. Located in a good neighborhood with parking. We will stay there again!

The Cambridge House was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood. The place is ideal for 1 or 2 people, but make sure you can climb a flight of stairs as you will be going up and down. Michelle let me know when the unit was available a couple of hours early and was available to answer a question I had after I arrived. If you want a low-key place to stay in a historic California neighborhood I would highly recommend.

Comfortable space for the whole family. Exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. Loved the scents of the shampoo and conditioner!

Had an amazing stay at Ruby’s place. The house is beautiful and full of thoughtful touches throughout. Very quiet and peaceful and in a great neighborhood while still being a good spot to explore more of the city. Highly recommend

We stayed just one night, but it was perfect for our quick trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Quaint and cozy cottage. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being close to Venice. The house was as described and Z was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
