Host is very responsive, had a small hiccup at check in but all was resolved with good communication. Good value for the property. The place itself has a great view, the building is great and while I thought the fob for elevator to be over much, I was quickly convinced that s something every building in the area should do. Random thoughts if you need to run to CVS don't go to the one in the corner, go down two blocks and it's normal self check out etc.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views! We absolutely loved our stay at this ocean view condo and plan on booking again! The location was perfect— peaceful and private yet the golf cart enables you to visit town. The view from the balcony was picturesque, especially at sunrise and sunset. We spent so much time just relaxing out there with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected. The décor was tasteful, comfortable and coastal-themed, which added to the relaxing vibe. Our host, Amber, was communicative, friendly, and provided clear check-in/out instructions which was appreciated. Anna, her assistant was equally as kind as we ran into her check in/out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home and a charming town to visit.

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

We had an amazing time staying at Alex's place in Burbank for our post-Father’s Day trip to Dodger Stadium! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The home had that perfect balance of cozy and modern, with plenty of space to relax after a day out. Alex was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about creating a great guest experience. You can tell the home is well-maintained with love and attention to detail. This stay made our Dodgers outing extra special, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great L.A. area stay with all the comforts of home!

Jerry's house is in a wonderful location and very spacious. Everything was well-equipped and well-maintained, and our friends really loved staying there. Jerry was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If I visit the area again, I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! We loved staying in Angela’s bungalow. We needed a place to stay while visiting family and this was perfect. Angela was a wonderful hostess. She greeted us with refreshments when we checked in, had an assortment of snacks and drinks in the unit, and even brought us cake on our last night. It felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of each day when we returned to the house. Our favorite part was Angela’s rescue dog, Bailey. She is the sweetest little dog. Since we love animals we would leave our door open and Bailey would make a daily visit for lots of snuggles and pets. We would definitely love to return when coming back to visit family in the area.
