Peaceful, comfortable place on Vicky’s farm. Beautiful nature surroundings. We felt right at home. The house is spacious and lovely. Recommend!

I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely stay in the cabin. It's ideally situated for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, Purbeck and the New Forest. It's centrally located amongst these locations and lovely small villages and countryside. Sarah was a helpful and responsive host, who helped us out with some local recommendations and set everything up ready for us. There was a great welcome pack and more amenities than would typically be expected (ground coffee, butter, drinks etc) and the cabin is really well equipped. It is well designed and all the little details were thought of. The bedroom and main living area look out onto a field and the countryside. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with the same view. All feel private and are not overlooked. The local pub, the Old Inn is in easy reach - just a 10 minute walk away and serves good food. There is a supermarket in Wimborne which is a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again in this clean, comfortable, spacious an well designed cabin.
