Comfortable place, well equipped. Pleasant terrace. Easy walking to historical sites--and a supermarket. Sylia is very helpful.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the refrigerator as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself convinces with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it is clear, WE will come back!

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

I had an amazing stay with Vincenzo. He and his wife were extremely good hosts and went above and beyond what anyone could expect. They were friendly, kind, and made me feel really right at home, not only in their apartment but also in the region generally. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

Very pleasant experience, Roxana and her husband are very nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is completely renovated, very nice and tastefully furnished. It has all the amenities and is very clean. Although it was very hot, we slept very well, the accommodation is cool even without having to turn on the air conditioning, which is still present. Very quiet and peaceful area, independent and private entrance.

Roberto is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. It really is only a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 still open. Right next to the place there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear anything about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

Apartment with a small garden located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful park in front. Not far from the center and the sea. Very well divided between living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with every comfort. We had a pleasant vacation and we hope to return

Nicola was welcoming and very kind. The house is spacious with all the comforts. Everything is very clean. Ravenna was a revelation and Nicola was an excellent ambassador!

The apartment is nice and big. We were also able to make good use of the balcony after we received a table for it within a few minutes of our request. With its own beach section, it's really great to swim on site. We were totally happy.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Very neat and modern furnished apartment on the outskirts of Ravenna. The jewel is definitely the roof terrace. We were very impressed with the accommodation. We'd be happy to come back.

Raffallella apartment is in a great location in the old town. Beside everything you need to see Handy to get to the station and the beach. She was so kind and helpful Can only say good things about her and her apartment Thank you for everything

We stayed for two nights and overall we had a very good time. The place was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need, even with small extra comforts that are nice. The area is not really the most refined, let's say a little "spartan", but it is very close to the sea and convenient to get around. The environment was pleasant and the host was attentive and well organized.
