Monthly Rentals in Cerro de Las Pavas

Our stay was overall wonderful. The hosts were responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house itself was beautiful—comfortable and tastefully furnished with charming, hacienda-style décor. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with most essentials we needed. While the location is a bit remote and intricate to find, it added to the retreat-like feel of the property. Two of the bedrooms unfortunately do not have air conditioning which in ES is necessary, especially during the afternoon. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the lush garden surroundings inside the property were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of fruit trees and even horses grazing nearby—a nice touch. The lakefront could use some improvement, cleaning of the vegetation or a pier, but you can walk to a nearby small beach area for access. There are also local restaurants nearby. A special mention to Juan, the property caretaker—he was phenomenal. Incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive.

Amazing stay, honestly it was small but like perfect in size at the same time, the kitchen was perfect as well, and the surroundings was amazing as well! Overall amazing stay and she was very responsive, and it’s safe, infact my husband walked about 15 minutes to the store to get pupusas during dusk so safe darn well it was!
