Monthly Rentals in Centignano

Our weeklong stay at La Commenda was truly amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home with its separate suites for our group. We were traveling with our three adult children - two of whom are married (and one of those has 2 young children). The pool and outdoor area made us feel like we had our own private spa to enjoy - But the real treat was having Luigina with us in the home making incredible authentic Italian meals. We all got teary saying our goodbyes. Luigina is a beautiful person inside & out who creates such a beautiful atmosphere around her meals. If you choose to stay here; you shouldn’t miss the opportunity to include Luigina in your plans! Nathalie and Filippo were more than mere hosts - they were quick with helpful tips and links and recommendations of what to do (and eat!) in this gorgeous part of Italy.

The apartment is on the third floor of a medieval stone building in the center of Carbognano across the street from an ancient castle. You will definitely feel transported in time yet have all the modern conveniences. I especially enjoyed shopping at the local markets and wandering the rural roads and trails. A perfect spot for someone who wants to feel the true Italian country life. Gianluca was helpful at all times.

We stayed in this accommodation for 2 weeks and it was a great starting and return point for our daily trips throughout Tuscia. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has everything you need and more for an extended stay, parking in the square below is always available and the 50 meters uphill are easily done. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything and the washing machine is convenient for long stays. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and can only recommend it.

The property is surrounded by the greenery of the hazelnuts and is completely new and tastefully furnished. We were 4 couples of friends and for us it was perfect because each couple had their own room equipped with all the comforts and private bathroom. The common area was very comfortable with sofas and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. In the morning we had breakfast at the outdoor table. Too bad the weather wasn't beautiful and we couldn't swim in the pool! Host Daniele was very kind and ready to meet our needs, I highly recommend it!
