Monthly Rentals in Cedar Point

This is like a beautiful farmhouse. The views are amazing. We have seen geese, a raccoon, an opossum, herons, egrets, and lots of different types of birds, including the elusive Painted Bunting. My favorite though is the Osprey. We have literally seen it several times dive down, and come up with a fish in his talons. You won’t find a better place to relax. We had a couple hiccups, but Evan was quick to respond, and dealt with it very professionally. If I had to change anything it would be the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an overhead light, just a table lamp. That really wasn’t a big deal, but I found myself reaching for a switch, as I walked in just out of habit. There is an Italian restaurant beside the house, that smells wonderful. We plan on visiting, before we leave the area.

We enjoyed our stay at cocina verde. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near many attractions and things to do. The space was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. S and F were very responsive and helpful in navigating the area. Thanks for such a great stay!

We had a great time. The house was so adorable. The road was private and so beautiful. We walked down the road to the water. There were private docks but, we were allowed to walk down the road and the scenery was beautiful. The welcome book was so fantastic. Full of lots of good recommendations.

This place was everything we were looking for in a long weekend getaway. It is clean, cute, comfy and is located on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, historic area and local beaches. The water view from the deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and the sunsets were stunning. Our fur baby enjoyed the gated deck. The hosts are friendly & attentive but not intrusive. We are definitely going back.
