Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Elaine’s place! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is perfect for families, especially those with kids. Our child loved the toys and books that were thoughtfully provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Jim was also very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend this lovely, kid-friendly home for anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay! The location is also fantastic, surrounded by lots of great restaurants and local attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

It’s my 8th stay here and i am always satisfied with the location and the unit itself. The host is very responsive and friendly. Fully recommended 👍 and of course its a place i would be in my few more upcoming trips😉 keep it up Anthony 😁
