Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
