Holiday rentals with a patio in Caswell Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Great place, beach house energy!! Walkable to the beach, nice dock at the end of the road. Close to great restaurants and still convenient to Holden & Southport (25-30 min drive) we went to both for dinner. Also has great amenities with the beach equipment they have for guest, helped us as we didn’t come fully prepared as we normally do! Johnny (their Pup) was a sweet touch to say hey to when he was out with his people, the hostess, whom are both very friendly!!!! :) I’d recommend this house to anyone to stay at!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was great & had easy access to the beach & the local shops!

We rented Steve's place to attend our granddaughters graduation.The location was very convenient with plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of street parking but also a private spot in the back of the house. We didn't do any cooking but the apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook small meals. There are 2 air conditioners which made the apartment very comfortable. Plenty of hot water with great pressure for 2 people. My only suggestion is to add a book with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I'm very familiar with Wilmington but for newcomers, there's a lot to see and do that only locals can recommend. Great breweries, restaurants...even the Harris Teeter has a wine bar with music! Buy a bottle of wine, cheese, italian meats and crackers and enjoy the relaxing porch at sunset!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

A Perfect Stay in Carolina Beach! This was hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Truly spotless from top to bottom. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort really made this Airbnb stand out. The location was just as impressive: the beach was just the right distance away…an easy walk, but far enough that it stayed peaceful and quiet. They even provided a beach chair and umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days super relaxing. Plus, while the Airbnb isn’t smack in the middle of the tourist hustle, it’s just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. That balance made it easy to enjoy everything without dealing with constant crowds. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place in Carolina Beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back if in the area!

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Host was very responsive with any questions I had. Space was great for my fur baby it was perfect for him. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is a perfect spot to go with your pups. Easy access to the totally fenced, level yard with shade. Easy travel to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing I thought could be better is the living room furniture, as it was not very comfortable to lounge in on a rainy day.

The Phat Cat was the perfect house and location for our little family of six. Having so many bedrooms and bed options with children is fantastic!! Plus having a provided pack and plate and highchair made traveling even easier. We also loved using the beach wagon, which made it so convenient to walk to the beach. Which was very easy. ; and our children are 7, 5, 3 and 8 months old. And we had no issues with the distance. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our meals, which is very uncommon in rentals and very much appreciated. We did eat out a couple of times and there was very good restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this to any of our family or friends and we will be returning.!!!

Nice location and very comfortable house

We really enjoyed our time at this place. It was clean, well kept, & big enough to fit our family of 5 perfectly. The walk to the beach through nature was lovely! and the beach wagon was amazing to use. We would love to come back sometime!

As a small family of 3 our stay was incredible! Very thoughtful and informative host, immaculate attention to detail that made the stay a breeze! Would recommend to anyone!

This was the second time we stayed at Amanda's place, was another fantastic stay. Clean home in perfect Oak Island location. Can't wait to stay again!

We loved John's place! The beachfront location was perfect, the kitchen was well-stocked, the living room and dining room were large enough for a group of us to hang out in, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the outdoor space that allowed us to have coffee while looking out at the ocean in the morning and to watch the sunsets in the evenings. Check-in and check-out were also super easy. Would highly recommend this place - we'll definitely be back!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The beautiful balcony, space just as expected, responsive host, and all the essentials already there made our first family of 3 vacation with our little boy very enjoyable! We loved ordering dinner and eating on the patio to watch the sunset. The pool is clean and perfect after a day at the beach!

This is a great condo in Carolina Beach! Great beach access, beautiful view of the ocean and a really nice pool. Nice touches in the condo to make it feel like home and a comfortable bed.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

My husband and I loved our trip to Shelley’s place and visiting the island! 🩷It was such a nice, quiet place to stay, you can see the ocean out of the back door, and condo is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and ice cream shops. We will definitely be back to visit again!

This was my wife and I’s fourth stay at Nicole’s place, and we have had nothing short of great experiences each time. Always great with communication, and provides accommodations unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. We look forward to this trip each year because of the host’s commitment to ensuring the stay is seamless and relaxing.
