Very nice stay. Exactly as described. Good value for the price. My parents live on St. James, so it was very close to their home. Nice furnishings and easy access to all that St. James offers. We would stay there again.

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Corey and Hayden’s AirBnB was a perfect place to stay. It is super walkable to all that Wilmington has to offer. The place was clean and very easy to access. Both hosts are very responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Carolina Beach condo! The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the ocean right outside and seeing the lights of the nearby carnival at night was such a treat. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the beach, surrounded by delicious local food spots, and walking distance to all the action. The included parking was a huge bonus and made things super convenient. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Carolina Beach. I’d love to come back!

We loved Amber’s condo. It was spotless and had every amenity you could want in a beach house. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, and we felt right at home. This was definitely one of our favorite beach houses and we would absolutely visit again!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

This was a great beach vacation for our family. Stuart was fantastic with all communication. He made sure we were settled in and we knew that he was readily available if we needed anything! We will be staying here again in the future!

Tiffany was a terrific host! Her attention to detail sets her apart. The place was cozy and beautiful. She had great local recommendations and communicated timely and well. There was a thoughtful touch with mini champagne bottles, plenty of coffee pods, fully stocked bathroom. Highly recommend !! Great stay and very fair deal.

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

This rental was exceptional ! We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cooking pans, cups, plates, utensils, oil, coffee made it very easy to be there!. It was clear this family just wanted us to share in the beauty of their convenient location to several beaches and fun, while being able to get away and enjoy the peaceful place. The linens were very clean! We had someone staying above us and never even heard their feet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

We had an incredible stay at Katie’s place. Such a great location, beautiful and comfortable. Katie has thought of everything to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we wanted to add an extra day. Definitely plan to be back soon

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. Absolute Cinema. Best. Vacation. Ever. No Notes

Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

It is clear a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this property. Everything was updated, clean, and organized. Things were clearly labeled to help us during our stay (light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc.). The location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk for restaurants, drinks, and shopping. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Our stay at 19th hole was amazing. Being so close to the water was a definite plus! The beach was easily accessed and not too crowded. There’s a constant refreshing breeze even on the hottest days. The space was well appointed and peaceful. We had a couple of things that needed attention while there and iTrip was very responsive and resolved things quickly. It is centrally located and looks even better than the photos! We will definitely be back!

Used this as a quiet getaway for a writing. It was so perfect. Was sad to leave. The beach is so beautiful and the house had all the basics with no fuss.

Absolutely one of the best vacations. The location is safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. My girls spent most of their days in the pool and making friends. I cant wait to go back :)

We had a wonderful stay in this charming studio! The location is a short walk to Southport’s waterfront with shops, great restaurants, and stunning waterfront views. The studio was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. While the kitchenette is limited, it had everything we needed for coffee in the morning and light meals. The pool and beachside patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun. We will definitely stay here again.
