Holiday rentals with beach access in Caswell Beach

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Audrey provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to give us important information about parking. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property is conveniently located right on the river walk just a quick walk away from boat tours, restaurants, bars and everything else the historic district has to offer, but it was set just far away enough to where nights were peaceful and our sleep was never interrupted.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was great & had easy access to the beach & the local shops!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

Cute , quiet beachy apartment, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and lots of stuff to do. The golf cart was the greatest amenity. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. VERY WORTH IT ! Would totally stay again.

Terri’s home was absolutely beautiful. The location was close to a lot of things including the beach/ocean access. We rented the golf cart too which was so nice to have instead of walking or using our cars. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Terri gave us recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Melinda‘s place had everything I needed, plus a few extras. These hosts are so friendly and welcoming, from comfortable beds and couches, a well equipped kitchen, to even providing a box of fresh donuts, and a bottle of wine! Great communicators, too. I loved how close we were to the beach. You can see the dunes from the end of the driveway and it just takes a couple of minutes to walk there. It was so close I walked barefoot so I didn’t have to deal with leaving my shoes in the sand. It is a beautiful beach and the pier is very close. We were walking distance from a cute little breakfast place and several restaurants that suited us perfectly.

We loved our stay in Oak Island. 4 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably - the house is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Lots of food options are walkable as well. Robyn and Mike were very helpful and responsive. The deck and covered porch are amazing places to relax. Highly recommend.

Our family stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was great! It was walking distance to the beach and had a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was just as described. We brought our own linens but they offered a linen service if we had needed it. The hosts were very responsive and had a helpful guide for the area. The washer and dryer were excellent amenities! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

You can’t beat the location, right across the street from beach access. The house is nothing fancy, but has what you need and the host was great at communicating. Would stay again.

I can't say enough about our wonderful hosts ! they are amazing. The accommodations were clean, quiet, comfortable, fully stocked, and well worth the visit. Location was perfect and what a cute neighborhood . I would highly recommend this wonderful home. I promise it will not disappoint ! See you next year because we are coming back.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The bottom of the house is basically a big sandbox that our 4 year old and dog could play in all day. Peaceful and relaxing vacation. We’d stay here again!

We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. Mike was very responsive and helpful with the questions we had. This is our second time staying in this duplex. Both sides are equally as great! The small fenced in yard for the dogs and being able to sit on the porch where you can hear and see the ocean is so peaceful. Would stay again!

We stayed the weekend as a little beach getaway for our son’s 1st birthday, and couldn’t have had a better experience! The condo was clean and had beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing!

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's place! From start to finish, we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The condo was cute, clean and roomy enough for our group. We'll be back:)

I have to start by saying, this is by far the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. The cleaners do an AMAZING job here. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay. Location was perfect. I’ve never stayed so close to the beach in my life - this is beachFRONT and the balcony is a perfect place to relax and watch the waves roll in. Kure beach is a quaint little residential beach town (just my style) - quiet and laid back but close enough to Carolina beach and Wilmington for entertainment. It rained for a few days so we went to a nearby aquarium and that was super nice too. The little shops and restaurants nearby are charming too. The whole town was colorful, down to earth, beautiful and I felt right at home in the condo. I feel like I’ve found a hidden jewel and hope to come back again. I wish I would’ve booked a few more nights.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!

The view from the deck can't be beat and we spent a majority of our time out there. The place had everything we needed and the market across the street has the best breakfast sandwiches. Best stay in Carolina beach, we can't wait to go back!
