Holiday rentals with a patio in Carmel

Really good place! Booked it for a birthday trip and it really paid off! Only 20 mins away from downtown, totally worth it!!

Derek’s place was the perfect spot to stay in Indianapolis! You can tell everything was well thought out to make the stay very comfortable. Derek was very proactive about telling us what was going on in the neighborhood so we wouldn’t have trouble parking. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint! We came down early so our oldest could take an art class downstairs (which she loved!), and it made the whole trip even more special. We’re big fans of Broad Ripple, and the location of this Airbnb is just perfect — everything is walkable, and we even sat next to Scott Dixon at La Piedad our first night! The space is always spotless, which we really appreciated with a baby crawling all over the floor. The bed is super comfortable, and the aesthetic of the place is beautiful — I wish they would come decorate our house! The hosts are incredibly responsive, offered great recommendations, and even left thoughtful gifts for our girls. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The space is thoughtfully designed, we felt completely safe and welcome, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

We normally stay at hotel whenever we attend the Indy500, this time we wanted something different! We are Very happy we did! All my questions were answered and instructions were A+++++

Chelsea’s home was the perfect weekend stay! It has easy access to downtown, as well as surrounding suburbs. Very clean and comfortable. Our son loved going out on the balcony to watch the dogs walk on the canal in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

The building definitely has character—if you love historic charm, this place has it. I always enjoy older spaces, and this one had a unique vibe that made it feel special. The location is central, which made getting around easy. There’s quite a bit of street noise in front, If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, just something to be aware of before booking. That said, the host was easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient. I can see this being a great spot for travelers who want to be in the middle of the action.

In all honesty, this place was heaven sent and Leyla was a huge part of that! Without question, leyla and this rental mean everything!

Great place, really close to Gainbridge Arena.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
