Holiday rentals with a balcony in Capoliveri

Great accommodation. Close to supermarket. Good location to take day trips to other corners of the island. In the immediate vicinity rather little to visit on foot. But that was ok with us.

We had the best stay at Silvia’s place in Porto Azurrro. The view was unmatched as well as the location. Porto Azurro is such a charming place, with plenty to do. We also enjoyed two days of just lounging on the beach, swimming in the crystal clear water. A big upside of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It was easy to go up to use the restroom, grab lunch, etc, while having our beach day. Silvia sent great videos that helped make the check in process very smooth, even though we got in late at night and in a rainstorm. Her notebook of recommendations for Porto Azurro also helped us find the best spots to eat and drink at-we weren’t once disappointed. We would love to come back to this apartment with our kids next time!

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We felt very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are present. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

Beautiful apartment located in a private complex that includes several private villas in addition to the residence. Great amenities: pools, bars, pizzeria, restaurant all in the private park and reserved only for guests of the complex. Crystal clear sea. Apartment complete with every comfort. The house has a terrace with a lovely view, the location for the old beach is really convenient because you can reach it in a minute, with a small child he took our vacation. The beach is really nice. A 5-minute drive takes you to Capoliveri, where you can dine every night in a different restaurant. The house was clean when we arrived and the linens were also impeccable. It needs some routine maintenance that I can expect for a stay at the end of the season, but not for a stay in June. Always available and friendly host. Reserved parking is very convenient.

The house was nice and the amenities (beds, air conditioning) were good. The private parking in front of the house was ideal for us. The beach is 5 minutes away by foot. Some things (shower & dishwasher) are a bit outdated. The kitchen equipment is also very worn. Some items from predecessors were still to be found in the cabinets. The dishwashing brush was older. Sheets and towels were mentioned in the basic amenities, unfortunately we had to rent them with 20 euros per person. Overall conclusion: We would book the house again.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Super terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
