The house is really cozy and comfortable, a nice view and convenient location to visit the surroundings; very convenient parking under the house. Emanuela is very kind, welcoming and helpful, highly recommended!

Excellently positioned for access to Lake Bolsena and the local bars and shops. Having 2 balconies gave a chance to sit in both the morning and afternoon and evening sun. The apartment, furnishings and bedding were all very clean and well coordinated. Sonia responded quickly and communicated well. We would thoroughly recommend Sunshine apartment.

Clean apartment with a view of the lake. The communication went very smoothly and quickly. The apartment has all the basics, and the internet works well. In terms of areas for improvement: the mattress is hard and the living room is quite noisy.

New apartment just renovated, spaces perfect for 2 or 4 people. Equipped with every comfort and more for stay and preparation of dishes. There are various dishes, iron, top coffee maker, cutlery, etc. There are also two TVs with Netflix subscription included. We had a really great time, even with the host available by message, even late in the evening. We didn't miss anything in the preparation of our dishes. Clean and complete bathroom with everything, cottonfiock, diskettes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, washing machine, phone, etc. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again. Highly recommended!
