Monthly Rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Had a quick weekend trip and space was great! Nice A/C for hot day and beautiful kitchenette. Mattress is so comfortable. Easy to find, get in and most importantly parking was available on the driveway which was a big win because street parking can get hard. Centrally located if looking to do things around city center!

I have stayed at this location before and wrote a glowing review then and nothing has changed. We will stay here over and over again in the future. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and within minutes you feel right at home. The apartment has all amenities covered. The hosts are friendly and responsive. You lack for nothing. However, in case you do need something everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is great for walks and we oooh and aaah at all the great houses along the way. I can't say enough about this apartment in CapHill. I am almost afraid to write too much because I don't want it taken when we need it next! hahaha You will have an awesome experience!!
