House holiday rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

The place was great location , didn't expect it to be close to the center but yes I chose the right location close to everything. As for the host she was kind, quick to respond, and the cleanliness was top-notch. again walking through the trees,forest kinda to the house was the best peaceful thing ever happened to me since the year began. I think i will just make this my second home every time I'm in town.

If you love cooking in a well stocked kitchen, if you love a shower with phenomenal water pressure, if you like to start or end your days in a clean beautifully kept sauna and wake up to sun drenched living and dining rooms, look no further. This lovely home was a retreat and great to return to at the end of our days sight seeing and traveling around Seattle and the Washington area. The hosts were responsive proactive and had wonderful suggestions on places to visit!

great place, great location, everything you need to explore the CapHill zone in seattle. everything is accessible, accurately described, and just the like the pics. stayed in the center unit and had a view of downtown from the bedroom upstairs. i would stay here again - you can't beat the location for a stay in CapHill.

Very cute and comfortable house. Wonderful back patio. Easy to find and to navigate to other areas. Everything was clean and cozy. My family really loved staying here. Gigi was very responsive and kind. This was our first trip to Seattle and the location made it easy to get around.

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Wendy is a great host. Her place is in a walkable neighborhood, a few blocks from the 40 bus line that takes you to downtown Seattle. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

A great spot in an awesome location. All of Capitol Hill is right at your doorstep - some of the best restaurants are within blocks! The place itself is very clean and well kept. The hosts are great at communicating and incredibly helpful answering any questions I had. It's very vertical which is a fun adventure and there are tons of windows on both sides of the apartment making it feel very open and bright. A really great launching off point for visiting Seattle!

Had a great stay here with our dog Sammie! For a studio it has a good amount of space and felt very homey. Lots of nice touches and upgrades. Really loved the shower space with a lovely frosted window featuring a beautiful forest scene. The deck is fantastic too. Nice and private with outdoor furniture for lounging and a great view of the trees below. The whole place gets wonderful natural sunlight in the morning. It also features a cool work-from-home space with monitors that we took advantage of. There are string lights on the deck which is awesome but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and off. They seemed to be on a timer? I inquired about how they worked but didn't hear back so we just ended up unplugging them at night so they wouldn't affect our sleep. The well-manicured yard worked well for our little dog but I don't think it's fully fenced in on the side. If your pooch likes to run off, keep an eye on that. Wholly recommended!

Stoma’s place was a perfect location for our visit to Seattle and UW. The home is beautifully furnished and she has clear directions for all processes in the house.

Don’t hesitate. Book it. It is an amazing house It is an outstanding Airbnb with an outstanding Host. We are over from Australia on a road trip from Vancouver Island landing in Port Angeles then Seattle then down to Yellowstone. Then back up to Bannf where we are close to now. We have been camping but mostly Airbnb. Or one hotel. This site has been the standout The Host who I assume is very busy was the Airbnb benchmark Responsive. Great advice on local food sites.

Great location in a charming neighborhood just a couple blocks from multiple bus lines and an excellent food co-op, as well as walkable to numerous good restaurants, bars, and shops. Comfortable and attractive house and a great roof deck if the weather cooperates (we lucked out with no rain in April). There are a lot of stairs to get to the top floor bedroom and bath. Also, windows don't open and there's like a 15 degree difference between the 1st and 4th floor bedrooms, so we had to use the AC in the upper bedroom at night in April.

This is my second stay at Luke’s house and I still love it. The living room and yard are great places to relax, and the kitchen is a great place to cook. Will stay here again and again while my daughter and son-in-law live in the Montlake area.

I don't have enough nice words. If I could give a million stars, I would. By far the best AirBnb I've stayed at. The place is pristine and well thought out. Any utensil or need you may have in the kitchen, it's there. Smart TV with plenty of options to watch or stream. Desk with connectivity cables to hook up your workstation. All the appliances top notch. The turfed and fenced backyard was a dream for my pup and she absolutely loved it. I only wish it was available for our entire temporary stay in Seattle!

Fantastic space! It was quiet, cozy, and cool. All commodities in Seattle. And for a great price too! Kaveh was also an excellent host. Very responsive, very quick to solve any issues I had. Also extremely proactive, very easy check in.

Family from out of town stayed here for a few days. The house is immaculate - fresh, clean, bright, and new. Nick is a super host and reached out to ensure check in and details were all good. The location is wonderful as it is close to nice areas of Cap Hill and wasn't too far from our house. I would highly recommend!

This is a bright, comfortable spot. We happened to hit Seattle when an unusually hot spell hit and the a/c was humming when we arrived very late. Delightful! And speaking of delightful—that’s breakfast coffee on the patio! And getting to the space itself…the bed is comfortable and pillows are plump. The bathroom is modern with good towels and ample storage. The kitchenette is small with the necessities to get you going. Plan to enjoy local restaurants for major meals or use the microwave to warm takeout. We enjoyed our stay and found the space just what we needed for a visit with family.

My husband, BIL, and I enjoyed our stay. It was definitely cozy and we felt right at home. We should’ve booked our trip a little longer because it was sunny on our last day.
