Monthly Rentals in Capital Hill

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for three weeks and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aaron was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The apartment was clean, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the essentials you don’t want to worry about on vacation, like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, both of which worked great. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there. The building itself was very quiet, which made for great sleep all around. And the location in Barton is fantastic! Safe and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of Parliament House and numerous museums. There’s a small grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of cafes nearby for a morning coffee run. All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cozy studio on the first floor of a house. Your (shared) garage access is opposite to your door, so you won't have to cross paths with the owners during your stay. Larger shower than you'd find in Australia. I particularly appreciated the WiFi connection, which was not restricted and enabled me to work serenely remotely without sharing a connection. I'd recommend it.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

Lovely apartment, very comfy. Great location. The 4 o”clock check in and 10 check out was my only negative.
