My partner and I stayed here for our three year anniversary and we had a really lovely time! The home was very cosy, warm and beautifully clean! I was especially happy that the bed was so soft and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The location was amazing! with a two minute walk from the beach, we got to watch the sunset each night, which was absolutely stunning, it also had great access to the restaurants and stores in the area! Thank you for hosting us, we had a fantastic time!

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

Wonderful place to stay. Immaculately clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. It’s a decent sized beach house on a big pocket of land, plenty of room for the kids. Karen was an amazing host, proactively providing all the information we needed and checked in after our stay to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Can’t recommend both the place and Karen enough.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The property was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday as well as Mother’s Day. There were several different areas which enabled us to spread out. The two young children had more than enough room to ride scooters around the property which was securely enclosed by electric gates. We felt private, which meant there wasn’t the worry of making too much noise. The pool was beautiful, cold, as it was the first weekend in May , however we still enjoyed a swim or two. The downstairs entertainment area was perfect . Perhaps an outdoor heater, but very nice to sit in at the end of to day. Upstairs the kitchen was great, a bad design for more than two people but generously equipped. One issue was the dishwasher which probably needs replacing. All bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were delicious to collapse into at the end of a busy day. All in all we enjoyed a relaxing stay . The proximity to shops , coffees, local wineries and restaurants , and beach was perfect .

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

A gem in Capel Sound! Lovely pet friendly stay in a central Mornington Peninsula location. Super well equipped with virtually anything you could think of! Very generous supplies, herbs, oil, flour, foil, everything! Thank you Char!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Our stay was incredible! The house felt so cosy and had everything we needed a gym, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and the sauna, which was definitely my favourite. Even the ambient lighting added to how relaxing it all felt. We loved it! Highly recommend!!!!

We loved our weekend stay at Nadia's. Loved the location, able to walk to the beach and places to eat. Close drive to the hot springs. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. House was super comfy with everything we needed.

The Little House. We had a lovely stay. Tastefully decorated quaint little cottage in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Iwona is a lovely host and made me, us feel welcome from the time we booked. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Felt very relaxed and just what we wanted in our stay there. Will definitely stay here again. The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!
