Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capel Sound

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

This was our 2nd visit, perfect for a few friends as we all have good sized bedrooms & bathrooms. Comfy beds & couch, great kitchen with everything we needed. Relaxing, and a great social space, in easy reach of everything the peninsula offers. We'll be back! Thanks Perry.

Very clean, tidy and neat house close to Rye and Peninsula Springs in a quiet street. It had everything we needed and we loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. It is in a really quiet street and we particularly enjoyed the beatiful and spacious backyard. The hosts were very generous with both check in and check out and we appreciated the detailed communication. We will be back!

We had a very lovely stay! The views were absolutely stunning, even with the windy weather outside. Luckily, the place was warm, cosy, and perfect for a relaxing time indoors. We especially loved playing board games and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Natalie’s Facing the Sun is the perfect beach house. As four friends visiting from Brisbane, there was heaps of space to relax and use all of the amenities. So close to beautiful beachside towns and the hot springs. Natalie was a wonderful host, very clear instructions and so responsive. I would recommend a stay here.

By far the best Air b n b we have stayed in! Would highly recommend for two couples or a family. The home was very dog friendly too! Best part of all was the hot tub overlooking the trees!

The accommodation was even better than expected! The spa was amazing and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of with all that was supplied☺️

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

A well-decorated, spacious, and spotless place with lots to do (both inside and outside of the accommodation). Unfortunately it was a very short stay but that just means we will have to come back another time!

The appartment is in a good location with nice glimpts of the bay, that is very close. Modern furnishings and good loungeroom with a nice balcony.

This accommodation is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. Host Janette is outstanding—friendly, quick to respond, and always supportive. The place is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clear the host takes great care in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. 5 stars – A fantastic stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at Tony and Sandy’s Airbnb. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described—if not better. The amenities were excellent, including heated blankets, a great TV setup, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal—just a short drive to the back beach and conveniently close to local supermarkets. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable Airbnb experience. I’d definitely stay again.
