Thank you for such a lovely spot, a little slice of serene quietness. House had everything we needed, well equipped and a well thought out layout, James was a welcoming host. We spent our time hiking, stargazing, bonding as a family and getting to know Mango the Mongoose. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

The RiverStone Cottage is hidden among the greenery, and that is a huge asset. The cottage is fully equipped and offers everything to have a carefree stay in Stellenbosch. The outdoor pool was a welcome heating during the cold winter days. In addition, there is the wood stove that provides coziness. We used the braai. Hermien is a proactive host, she helped us with all kinds of tips. The location in the middle of the Cape Winelands is recommended.

Else and her husband are AMAZING host! Kind, helpful and makes beautiful art. Very sweet cuddly dog. The room is perfect, you’ll wake up in nature and very quiet except for some birds which makes it just lovely! We got fresh pecan nuts and we Highly recommend! We had a late check-in and she was flexible with this. Slept very well. Thank you!

Lovely getaway spot close to beautiful walking routes in the hills. Breathtaking mountain views and very peaceful and quiet. Kevin is extremely caring and kind and I would highly recommend this spot if you want to breakaway from the busy world but still be close enough to cafés and shops if you need.
