Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cape Winelands District Municipality

A beautifully renovated farm house that is ideal for 3 couples. The house has many entertainment areas (courtyard was our favourite) and has some unique decorative art pieces. There are lovely small touches like the water filter and bath soap that made the stay more memorable. Stunning location. Views to die for. Super well-equipped kitchen, everything and more. Comfortable and warm beds. Cozy fireplace and lovely outside sitting area. Showers are great, and it also has baths with views. We didn't try the hot tub, but it looks like a treat for colder weather. We will be back.

We recently stayed here while attending a wedding in Tulbagh and had a wonderful experience. We shared the accommodation with two other couples, and it was absolutely perfect—each couple had their own spacious, beautifully decorated bedroom and private bathroom, which made the shared space feel both social and private. The courtyard garden and pool area were absolutely stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful, well-maintained greenery that made the whole place feel like a hidden oasis. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, and there are a number of lovely restaurants and cafés within walking distance for breakfast and more. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay in Tulbagh!

This is an ideal stay for a family or group looking for a countryside escape. The location is really beautiful with multiple spaces to live and spend time together. It’s a very thoughtfully-designed home. Note that there are residents pets in and around the house, which we did not mind.

Wonderful soul-renewal stay. Well designed home with perfect views from every angle. We enjoyed morning sunrise from the stoep and loved watching the surroundings evolve as the sun moves… most amazing colours. Switch off the lights and enjoy the stars from the hot-tub. Very beautiful location. Perfect for relaxing, hiking, walking, cycling and braaing. We highly recommend Sam’s Place to anyone looking to spend time participating in the above.

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. Nadia and Corne’s place is a beautiful home situated in the winelands, close to many of the popular wine farms. It was the perfect location for our close friends to stay for our daughter’s wedding. This home is on a security estate, with controlled access. It is a large well appointed space with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a beautiful big kitchen, a great outdoor area, including a large swimming pool, as well as many seating areas to choose from. Communication with Nadia was very easy. Thank you Nadia - our friends so enjoyed staying in your home and it was the perfect place for them to stay.

Santika Villa was a lovely house and a great base for us to explore Stellenbosch and the surrounding areas, it is spacious and comfortably sleeps 8 with ensuite bathrooms. With loads of activities on the doorstep, nothing was more than a short drive away. When we stayed at the villa, the pool was a highlight, sparkly clean and well maintained, the kids loved it. Despite it being a shared pool, we did not encounter anyone else staying at the property. This highlights the privacy you have staying at Santika. I would recommend staying at Santika Villa as a base for exploring the area and for relaxing by the pool. We had a lovely stay.

What a marvellous experience staying at Mara's is. The room was spacious, comfortable had a really comfortable bed and a splendid view. The breakfast we were served was tasty, home made and plentiful and the staff were polite, courteous, helpful and efficient. A true 5 star experience.

The place was beautiful serene and private. The fire for the Hot tub was already started which was great. We can't wait to book it again and return.

We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread.We will be back soon!

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

We had an amazing 2 days here. Very peaceful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the city. The cabin is comfy and has all you need for a relaxed timeout.

An absolutely incredible spot, the sunrise’s are something truly special. You feel like you are part of the mountain in this beautiful and charming cottage. Surrounded by nature with no one else around it’s a completely private getaway. Star gazing from the hot-tub is a must. We loved every second and will definitely be back. Thank you very much Anso for being a wonderful host.

Amazing farm stay. The cabin has picture windows from which you have expansive views stretching across the farmland and through which you can see all kinds of animals such as zebra, springbok etc. A great peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. Sandy was a great host and very communicative.

Our stay was an absolute delight! The accommodation is spacious and has all the amenities one could need. Everything worked, and ordering extra wood was a breeze. They definitely put a lot of thought into smaller details as well, and it really went a long way in making us feel at home and not experiencing one bit of inconvenience for our entire stay. The yard is pretty big, and the dogs had a blast running around. There are ample spots to relax inside and outside, all of them with a stunning view. I'd definitely recommend stocking up on your entire stay's goodies, as you wouldn't want to leave the place if you are only there for a two or three-night stay.

It was such a lovely get away, the corrage was abit bigger than what I’d imagined. Fully stocked for the winter, the host communicated throughout and it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to get away.

Our stay in the Arum Lily cottage far exceeded expectations! The surroundings are beautiful and unique, it's rare to find such a tranquil and private lake view in the Western Cape, and it made for the most serene canoe ride at sunset. The cottage itself is spacious and superbly fitted. We had everything we need to make a great meal and have a relaxing evening. The braai place is very nice and well thought through. The wood-fired hot tub deserves a special shoutout, it is certainly one of the more comfortable ones we have experienced and the fact it was pre-warmed was such a special bonus! I highly recommend a stay here and we will be back for sure!
