Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cape Palos

Un alojamiento excelente, entre el mar menor y el mar mediterráneo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, a un paso de la playa, desde las ventanas y terrazas podías ver el mar. La anfitriona estuvo en todo momento pendiente y respondía muy rápido a los mensajes. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir! La zona nos ha encantado y hemos descansado, que era lo que íbamos buscando. Recomiendo al 100%

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The host Anna is amazing and very helpful, it really makes a difference. The area everything you need within walking distance I would say 10 mins in either direction you have shops and pubs and amazing restaurants. The villa - if your looking for super modern chrome, white tiles and flat screen tvs then this isn’t the place for you, this villa is transitional Spanish has a new kitchen but the decor ext I would class as traditional. The inside has a lot of wood , red older type items but that was fine for us , also has everything you need , iron , plenty of utensils bits and bobs to get you started. The pool is amazing it’s got built in stairs so good for anyone with mobility issues it’s not heated but was warm due to the fab weather, upstairs is 1 room with bathroom was good for us as we like our own space. The garden is absolutely stunning with a bbq and is really well kept and private it was windy one day and we hardly felt it. Overall fab place not the most modern but who cares :)

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

logement correspondant à la description, belle vue ,grand balcon et logement trés bien équipé. Attention plus de 60 marches pour acceder à l'appartement. Difficultés à notre arrivée pour trouver le logement , notre appel téléphonique à Francisco est resté sans réponse . Quelques infos supplémentaires seraient nécessaires .

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Maria est superbe ! Elle m’a arrangé pour l’arrivée comme pour la sortie ! L’appartement est à 15 minutes du centre mais il y a tout à proximité (supermarché, bar/restaurant, pharmacie et la plage). La vue depuis l’appartement est parfaite et l’appartement correspond à la description. Je recommande fortement !!

We’ve stayed at countless of airbnb’s and this is one of our favorites so far. My partner and I really recommend staying here. It feels like home, it’s convenient- close to grocery stores and beaches, and it’s calm and clean. The two stories and balcony also make it feel very spacious. Five starts!

Great location with beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance, even with children. The pool is relatively new and very clean. We had almost exclusive use of it – we only saw other people using it 3 or 4 times. It's also nice and quiet as it's a gated community. The apartment is spotless and has a beautiful modern bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice oven (again, this looked new) for meals in, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave… The bedrooms are comfortable and the twin room has a built-in wardrobe. The only thing to note is that this is a first-floor apartment, up a set of stairs, rather than a bungalow. This might make it more difficult to access for those who struggle with stairs. The host is super-friendly, responsive and flexible, and even came to meet us after 11pm – much appreciated, thank you! :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.

We stayed here for a month in May/June. The villa is lovely, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a very quiet residential area but only around 10 minutes walk to La Mata beach. The garden is amazing and we were surprised how big it actually is. Nick js super friendly and a fantastic host, whenever we had a question or needed something he couldn’t do enough to help us. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in La Mata.

Fantástico alojamiento muy acogedor, limpio y en una zona muy tranquila (todo acorde a la descripción). Además tanto los anfitriones como la responsable de llaves son muy amables e incluso nos dio recomendaciones locales. El alojamiento dispone de todos los servicios esenciales y mucho más (enorme barbacoa, refrescante piscina, aparcamiento, minicuna y trona para bebés y mucho más). Por último, el día del checkout los anfitriones tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros. Estancia muy recomendable sin lugar a duda 😊🔝

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Villa. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Villa sehr weiter empfehlen. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass es sehr hoch auf dem Berg ist.

Colins House is a beautiful villa located at the top end of La Manga. The house, the pool and the outdoor area are extremely spacious. We got a detailed description of all the important things from Colin before our arrival, so we found our way around well. From the outdoor area you have direct access to the water. Within a few minutes of walk you can reach the salt lake Mar Menor, and the beautiful Mediterranean beaches can also be reached within a few minutes by car. The house is furnished to a high standard, on the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a large living room, on the two upper floors are a total of four bedrooms with their own bathrooms and toilets. Outside, a large dining table, two large sofas and two sun loungers are available. Also, a large pool which was looked after by Colins' neighbour during our stay. The absolute highlight are the kayak and the stand up paddle that Colin allowed us to use. The only drawback are the many mosquitoes.
