⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

Absolutely top of the top! The apartment exceeded our expectations – it was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It includes all the amenities you could wish for – from a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed to air conditioning and fast internet. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view from the 7th floor – especially at sunset. It’s the kind of view you can easily fall in love with. This is the perfect place if you're looking for relaxation, peace, and comfort. The location is also a plus – quiet and pleasant surroundings. The host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to unwind in exceptional conditions.

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Denise and Barry are definitely superhosts! They prepared a welcome basket for us and the apartment was ideal, everything clean and tidy, a beautiful balcony that illuminates the living room, both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The parking is also very comfortable and at the door of the building with roof. What I had never seen in other Airbnbs is the amount of details that DyB added to their apartment. In the kitchen there is everything: oil, salt, coffee, sugar... even dishwasher tablets and a washing machine, all kinds of products and utensils. Even in the bathroom there was a basket with micellar water, aloe vera, deodorant, makeup remover pads... The most amazing thing was to see that they also gave us chairs for the beach, a refrigerator, a table, towels, umbrellas... They really prove to be superhosts! Our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to repeating it here! 🥰✨️

We felt very much at home, the apartment was even nicer than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which was a perfect addition to the toys that we took with us ourselves. We have left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to be able to spend another stay here.

This was a really fun, exciting place to stay. What a vibrant, happy location! Such a beautiful, newly decorated apartment. Cristina has made it perfect. I would happily come back here again and again. Fantastic bars downstairs on the street. Lovely safe area. A few minutes walk in every direction to some amazing Roman sites to visit. It is noisy at night due to the street noise below, so earplugs will be useful. If you are staying on your own like I was, you can move to the other bedroom which has a single bed. That is very quiet. The beautiful balcony is fabulous to watch the world go by. I really loved this place.

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio

The apartment is as seen in the photographs and even better: the appearance is "brand new" painted, impeccable floors and furniture and with all the accessories that may be needed: capsule coffee maker, toaster, alarms and blinds totally opaque and electric. From all the rooms you can see the sea and the light coming in is extraordinary. The beach is 5 min away and a big supermarket 1 min. In addition, David is a super host, always on the lookout and those who demonstrate it in adversity. We had a punctual cleanliness issue the first day and David resolved it immediately, with empathy and amazing flexibility. I recommend this apartment 100%
