The apartment matches the description and photos advertised; communication with José was very good from the time of booking. The area in which it is located is quiet, at least in the month of June, which made the stay pleasant.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

I have been, along with my family and my dogs, in Florian's apartment, and the experience has been wonderful!!! The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, and it was very well located on the first line of the Mar Menor beach. Would recommend 100%.

Absolutely top of the top! The apartment exceeded our expectations – it was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It includes all the amenities you could wish for – from a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed to air conditioning and fast internet. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view from the 7th floor – especially at sunset. It’s the kind of view you can easily fall in love with. This is the perfect place if you're looking for relaxation, peace, and comfort. The location is also a plus – quiet and pleasant surroundings. The host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to unwind in exceptional conditions.

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

the house of enrique is an original house in a beautiful quiet area. from the house you can take the most beautiful walks in the national park. inside it is also with cold days spacious , comfortable and cozy, especially with the fireplace on. There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

1st class host, relaxing location and plenty of great beaches within a short drive. would definitely book again.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Denise and Barry are definitely superhosts! They prepared a welcome basket for us and the apartment was ideal, everything clean and tidy, a beautiful balcony that illuminates the living room, both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The parking is also very comfortable and at the door of the building with roof. What I had never seen in other Airbnbs is the amount of details that DyB added to their apartment. In the kitchen there is everything: oil, salt, coffee, sugar... even dishwasher tablets and a washing machine, all kinds of products and utensils. Even in the bathroom there was a basket with micellar water, aloe vera, deodorant, makeup remover pads... The most amazing thing was to see that they also gave us chairs for the beach, a refrigerator, a table, towels, umbrellas... They really prove to be superhosts! Our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to repeating it here! 🥰✨️

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt very much at home, the apartment was even nicer than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which was a perfect addition to the toys that we took with us ourselves. We have left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to be able to spend another stay here.

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.
