What a fantastic place! Great amenities for a luxurious stay at the house, all the tools you may need if you wanted to cook at home, and so conveniently located to Old Port if you want some great food and drinks in the city. We stayed for 3 nights with another couple. We spent time in Old port visiting restaurants and a few breweries/distilleries and ended the nights by the firepit in the back yard. Took a nice walk. We also made a nice dinner after grabbing some great produce at the Protland Farmaers market. Wish we had more time!

This was our second year staying at Don’s and it was great as always! Beautiful space, clean, updated, and well stocked kitchen/linens. Location to the beach can’t be beat and all the beach things you’d need are available for use. Don and Sue are both wonderful and we look forward to future stays.

It was a great location for a quick getaway. Close to Portland and plenty of places to eat in town. I only met Clarishell but she was lovely!

My stay was very nice and relaxing at Katie’s Airbnb! She was very easy to communicate with. I had a little difficulty with checkout and returning the keys but Katie messaged me back quickly to resolve the issue. Her home was very cozy and right next to the beach. I went with three other girlfriends as a little get an away. The pull out coach/ bed was pretty small so maybe keep that in mind. Lovely stay! Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcia's lovely home! It was decorated super cute, was exceptionally clean, well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and felt very homey. She was very responsive and easy going. We were so comfortable - I slepted in both mornings until 9am! It was also nice to be able to have the option to check in at 3pm (most places are 4pm) and check out at 11am (rather than 10am). Lisbon is a darling little town - like a little Hallmark town. I spent a lot of time at the Little River coffee shop on Union St - great place to get coffee, a delicious homemade pastry and I was able to get a lot of writing done. I also got my tattoo brightened up at Align right next door to the coffee shop! I will definitely come back to the area and will book with Marcia. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

This was our fourth stay at Ralda's house. It is easily one of my favorite places to stay. The house is pristine and comfortable, and the proximity to Higgins Beach can't be beat. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

Visited Feb '25 Steep stairs {a delightful New England quirk} lead to a comfortable bed, quaint views out the window. Soft cottage core vibes. Eclectic design steeping in a life well lived. Wonderful kitchen, well stocked and easy to cook in. Shower pressure is adequate. Bathroom is clean and filled with an array of books and tchotchkes. Your eyes always have something to wander and examine. It's a maximalists dream. The book shelf in the living room is filled with old books some titles are expected due to surroundings and some are just plain fun. May I recommend a game of I spy Nina is quite fantastic. A spit fire. An attentive host. Hospitable and kind. She gave it a welcoming vibe. Meeting her animals was truthfully a highlight. They are even tempered and kind. Her horse is stunning & social. The donkey a goof. The mule is oh so friendly. Sheep a bit shy but non the less beautiful. Chickens? fluffy feet! The ducks were personable. The goats, joyful. Cat, adorable. Good workin dogs.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

Super cute, everything you need and nothing you don’t, and can’t beat the location. Will absolutely be keeping my eyes peeled for this place next time I visit Portland. Thank you!!

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

We’ve stayed in 7 Airbnb’s since January, and Nicholas’ place is in our top 2 (and the only one that compares was a mansion overlooking Casco Bay.) Terrific, pristine space, beautifully and simply decorated, TWO bathrooms (!!!) great cooking kitchen, well equipped and stocked with everything we could think of. South Portland is fun with lots of things to do. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed space in a great location. Hosts were very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful, with great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here! We hope to return!

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

The Baxter Suite was perfect for our weekend stay with 4 people. Thomas was a great host- very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is gorgeous and beds were so comfy. One note is that the only mirror is in the bathroom and there is no full length mirror (not a huge issue but a small struggle with 4 women trying to get ready at the same time lol). The free parking spot was very nice to have but there was also plenty of street parking available. Overall Thomas’s place had everything we needed and we would stay here again!
